Ordered pepperoni pizza and nothing but thick crust. Each slice had 2 slices of meat a sprinkle of cheese and sauce. Basically I purchased pizza with a sprinkle of toppings. Never again

We just got our pizza and it was done wrong. Our pizza was supposed to be the garlic stuffed crust with ham on all and half pineapple. Well we got regular stuffed crust, full ham and full pineapple. Also the sauce in really heavy on some spots and not any on some spots. I paired $27.39 for one pizza and 2 sauces and this was very disappointing. This pizza cost to much for there to be this much mistakes.

When the app says "ready for pickup," the guys still keep all the ready boxes alone and don't say or at least announce whose order they are for. Understaffed? Or just a messy teamwork.

Finding hair in your pizza is neva ok, especially if your bald (U knw it ain't yours) so the Florissant location of Papa need to do a whole lot better with there food safety ???

Don't even think about it. In the last 3 out of 4 times we ordered we got half the food. Last time they didn't even pick up the phone when we called them to fix it after spending 50 dollars. Totally trash. We'll never order anything from them. Terrible service.
