When the app says "ready for pickup," the guys still keep all the ready boxes alone and don't say or at least announce whose order they are for. Understaffed? Or just a messy teamwork.

Finding hair in your pizza is neva ok, especially if your bald (U knw it ain't yours) so the Florissant location of Papa need to do a whole lot better with there food safety ???

There was hair in my boyfriends slice. Revolting. Got a refund though that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Don't even think about it.
In the last 3 out of 4 times we ordered we got half the food.
Last time they didn't even pick up the phone when we called them to fix it after spending 50 dollars.
Totally trash. We'll never order anything from them. Terrible service.

I placed an order for carryout on the website at approximately 7:20pm and my pick up time was supposed to be between 7:53pm and 8:03pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:05pm and the order was nowhere near ready they said it was order 151 and they were in 143, however I saw whole pizzas faced down on the floor outside the oven that no one bothered to clean up and asked for my money back. Then later in the evening my roommate placed an order and it was set to be ready 25 minutes before they closed at 1am and we received notification that the order was ready and arrived 20 minutes before the store was supposed to close and all the lights were on and our pizzas were on the shelf but the door was locked and no one would answer the phone. This location used to have an amazing staff and I've done business with them for years. The last 3-4 times I've gotten food delivered, I received emails saying sorry this delivery wasn't what you expected seconds after it was dropped off, had gotten food poisoning all 3 of those times, yet, I still decided to give them another chance but after their performance today, should I even consider giving them another chance. Their performance tonight was absolutely despicable and disappointing. I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow. What a shame, if you don't like your job, go find another one.

Took over three hours for delivery. Unacceptable. My door dasher informed me it was ready earlier, but they forgot about it. Do better.

3 of the last 4 orders were wrong. They never get the order right and the delivery drivers never check to make sure they have the correct order to deliver. We have learned our lesson and will not be ordering from here anymore.

Just moved and this is the closest Papa Johns. I had them delivered and it was horrible. The pizza was burnt and cold. Also they didn't use a delivery guy some door dasher. my food was not properly secure to ensure that it had not been tampered with. When I called to make a complaint some John Doe "manager" didn't want to provide his name. Never heard of a manager not wanting to give thier name. Also called corporate and nothing was done. Please be aware. Check the other low reviews as well

Ordered my food well done because they have a habit of undercooking food. This was so undercooked it was inedible (raw dough, and unmelted cheese in the middle). And to top it off my delivery was over 20 minutes late so eveything was cold anyway. I had to call to try to resolve the issue. I was left on hold. Then the only resolution I was given was a link to a survey that might get a response in 48hours. So no food, out almost $30, and a 2 day wait for a resolution. This is more than a store issue this is their business model. Don't buy from them.

Grabbed my pizza, got to the house,opened my box, and my pizza looked like it was in the oven too long. My pizza was supposed to be half and half. Prepared one way for myself and another for my girlfriend. Her side would include onions, my side without. Simple. The pizza ends up with onions all over it...All I ask folks. Pay attention.

They constantly mess up orders. Make sure to double check everything. I'm waiting for my 2nd remake of just one simple pizza as I type this up. They've left off the garlic sauce multiple times.

Going inside the store feels so ... Meh. It's dull, and the workers don't seem to care about their job at all.
