I ended up coming here for lunch after some work related event and I have to say, I am astounded with the level of service and support for customers. The employees on this day were willing to change out an order I had made due to something being wrong with their Karage chicken from my viewpoint. They were more than willing to help me exchange my meal for a different meal.

This is a great place to visit, great staff, and such a warm and respectful environment...

I dont like seafood so it was not a good place to start for me but I ordered the BBQ chicken at first and they had no chicken, then pivoted to the ribs which were ok but they had no sides for it so they just put a bunch of white rice in a box, very bland. People were nice at least.

I wish I could give this place more stars! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, they provided excellent suggestions and the food was phenomenal! Highly recommend the volcano bowl!
