The drive thru lane is consistently slow, 12 minutes waiting tonight to get a cold burger. $12.00, when the food is prepared properly it is very good and I can over look the poor/slow service,. After tonight you’ve lost me as a customer.

The low rating is primarily due to the lack of cleanliness inside the facility. When I think of a Freddy’s I think good food and clean dining. Also it wasn’t busy as a few employees were standing around surfing phones when they could have been cleaning.
