The prices could have been better for a large group but other than that everyone was nice and everything went great.

The staff was excellent but my only problem was I wish they had information on how dangerous it can turn for naive people like me. On Aug 19 we were caught in a horrible storm and the river turned violent and tree branches large and small were hitting us. Then the hail started and then a complete whiteout. I couldn't take the pain anymore and jumped off my tube but held on. I thought this is really it and started to pray. It stopped as fast as it started. The debris was everywhere. In the beginning of the trip we saw one boat go so fast that a little girl got tipped over into the river. The rest of the boats did slow down once they saw people.I myself will only go in a raft or canoe from now on. And wear a life jacket. I take full responsibility for being so naive but hope this post helps even 1 person. It truly is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen.💕

This is dangerous, there is tree debris that we were trying to avoid constantly. The current slammed us into a fallen tree and thank God we weren't injured seriously. On top of that, there was a violent storm with hail. There is absolutely no one around for help. I do not recommend this for familys

Booked a room and float trip for a day. You’re better off bringing your own tubes. Brought two personals and rented a tube and a cooler float. As soon as we dropped in I noticed my tube I had rented had a hole in it. After waiting for an hour for a different tube to be brought out I received another tube with yet another leak. We booked the longer float being rushed by state troopers since we had a late start having to wait for that tube. And having to reinflate my float every 30 mins. Whenever your spending $275 for a room and another $135 for a float trip for 3 people you would expect better customer service. Unreal!

Always an honor and a pleasure to float with a professional operation. We had a party of 12, some of which were rookies. Everything went off without a hitch and I can’t give The Landing enough praise. Certainly they wouldn’t hire or keep on a person of Shane Ferguson’s poor ilk and I am 1000% thankful for that. #FYS

Great float! Just remember to make a reservation. There were a lot of boats driving pretty fast through the floaters.

This company is an excellent choice for floating, and you are unlikely to be disappointed. We have consistently relied on their services whenever we have desired to float, and our experiences date back to the early 2000s.
Unfortunately, this may be our final year, as the increased boating activity has detracted from the enjoyment of tube floating. It appears that there are now more boats on the river, and they often travel at excessive speeds.

My friends and I had a great time. The landing was very accommodating and helped us through the whole process of the float. The river was clear for the most part. Only a few spots where there were fallen trees. 💛
