Visited here a couple if weeks ago because we heard great things about their jalapeño popper pizza. It did NOT disappoint. Was it rich and creamy, yes. A little spicy, a tickle. Also some sweet drizzle if strawberry jam (don’t question), YUM. The cheese curds were very crave-able, gobbled those down! My sister had a pulled chicken sandwich that was delicious—a lot of meat and smoked chicken, not just rotisserie. Tea was fresh! We didnt have any beer because we had a minor with us but a great experience. I can’t wait to go back and take my husband.

I had the brewhouse pub burger and fries; it didn’t disappoint! My husband had a Philly cheese sandwich and coleslaw. That was delicious as well. 🤤

We made our first visit to Bee's Knees this afternoon, 8.22.25. What a fantastic place! The cold brews were sublime, the sandwiches delicious, and the service outstanding! Well worth the 65 mile drive there; we'll definitely be returning.

Now I had ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer. They were awesome. Some of the best fried pickles I ever had. I had a burger and fries. The fries were well seasoned. I'm not sure what seasoning they put on there but they were pretty good. The burger was fresh. It melted in your mouth.April Was the waitress and she kept my water glass full and my food handy. The service was five stars here. I'm not too sure how she did it but I'm glad she did. Highly recommend this place. Five stars all around. Parking can be a little bit tricky during business hours because it is only street parking. But it is worth waiting to come in to here.

So much money being left on the table here. I did everything I could to make this a W & go public. Tipped 80% and paid right away, hoping to incentivize the best, yet my drink was wrong, burger missing a topping that was listed on the receipt, portion was mid, & not real hot. Like dang man. I did that for nothin. Grace really is just an Iowa thing Ive learned since moving to MO. Concrete wall needs a mural or brick pattern, ceiling needs painted white, half-wall before the kitchen needs taken to the ceiling, more lights, & bar needs set-back away from the wall & entrance as well as turned into a U. Deeper balance on the menu with more love put into the non-pizza items, and some genuine love put into design functionality. More than anything, whoever's working needs to care. There was haze of annoyance that I came in, that was strange. Unless you know someone here you will probably not get the best service

Serenity, our waitress, and the barmaid she was working with, were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the local area, and the beers, my husband said, were great. The food was very much subpar. I got a very basic Philly cheese steak. I subbed green peppers for mushroom and ordered extra cheese. I questioned it when it was served and the server, not Serenity, just took it back right away. Then came back out and told me that mushrooms didn't come with it, luckily Serenity was right there and corrected her. It went back again. Then came out a 3rd time. It was still very much underwhelming. More steak um with raw onions, maybe 3 mushrooms and mangled bread. Definitely not extra cheese. Needless to say I did not eat it. Fries were raw and cold and the Gyro is a whole other story. Black olives not Greek, sour cream more than tzaziki and little meat. I don't usually post when I have bad food but this needs awareness. YES I told our waitress and I hope this calls out the cook. I will not call him a chef. He should be ashamed of the food he sent out today. It was not busy what so ever, so NO EXCUSES!

Not only is it the BEST place to get a GYRO around the lake but, it's the ONLY place to get a GYRO around the lake. My only complaint is that the pita bread isn't big enough for the amount of lamb and toppings they put on it. 😁
