Almost five bucks for a large fry and it came half full. Seeing kitchen staff snacking while working leads one to wonder if the paid for it, or snuck it from my order. The staff here need to get it together.

The staff was friendly and the employees at the window are helpful. However, the customer service is very poor. Whether it is the day shift or the night shift we have had horrible experiences with both for years. We haven't been here in over a year because your order is never correct, very slow, and most of the time your food is cold. We gave this establishment another chance after a year or better and nothing has changed. We ordered breakfast at 8:53 and didn't get our order till 9:10, and it still wasn't correct. We were shorted a sandwich we paid for, as usually happens. We won't be back to this establishment again.

They will ALLOW employees to verbally insult minors no matter how many witnesses have reported it to the manager of the Versailles Mo McDonald’s. Because of the reports made we no longer feel like can safely order food or drinks if the employee is there.

Disappointed that I missed the last day of the deluce Carmel frappe and apparently took them a while to find my app order from inside waited longer than a burrito and a large frappe should have taken tbh

Two days in a row ordered no onion NO ONION on mcrib and smothered in onions. Please hire someone who can follow instructions! Order repeated no onion, screen was right, Receipt clearly says no onion...yet smothered in them...smh
