The place was wonderful. Walking into an old building and going into an atmosphere of beauty with a touch of old fashioned spice. The tables were set nicely and food was good and exactly as advertised. The tea tasted good and there were many types to choose from. Exotic serving trays. Everything you would want high class.

This was our first time visiting and we enjoyed every bit of it from the delicious hot tea...I ordered the Cream Brulé and spooned in honey a sugar cube and a bit of cream. We ordered the Queens Choice which is very affordable and everything was so delicious and popping with flavor. The staff was very friendly. Definitely making reservations for next month to bring my mother. Thank you all for making my friends birthday relaxing and fun.

We arrived 15 min. early. There was only 2 people in restaurant. We were told we arrived too early and had to wait for 15 min. The food and the service was dissppointing.

Our group of 5 bffs love to try "out of the way" places. We were not disappointed with Shady Gables. The atmosphere was cozy and eclectic and the hats and mink stoles provided were a fun option. The owner was delightful and made us feel welcome immediately. The menu was set and we had a long list of tea flavors to choose. Each course was delicious! It is a perfect place to go with your besties!
