It depends on the day, several times we have been and our order has been great, food hot & drinks correct. Other times we have been same time different day and our order is incorrect or food is cold, fries are gross and drinks are incorrect. I asked if they vould remake our fries and I am almost certain she handed me back the same fries....😞 We went to a different location & our daughter's cotnfog was burnt, the manager was so nice and got us a new one.

Ordered the American hotdog. The hotdog was cold and the bun was hard. Took it back three the drive threw. They gave me the same hotdog back but on a new bun. Still cold. Yuck! Gall at the drive threw thought it was kinda funny.

The drive thru was a nightmare. The sound system for ordering is terrible. The person taking our order could barely understand us, as well as the vehicle in front of us. Next to impossible to get our order in correctly.
Food was mashed, I got a master shake and it was forgotten originally had to remind them I got it, and once brought out to me was completely melted. The food did not taste good and my customizations of removing things was not followed. It wasn’t even busy there so I don’t understand how that happens
