Food was mashed, I got a master shake and it was forgotten originally had to remind them I got it, and once brought out to me was completely melted. The food did not taste good and my customizations of removing things was not followed. It wasn’t even busy there so I don’t understand how that happens

great show the kids and i love it. the employees work their butt's off to make sure we are all cared for. Good job travis and ur team.
Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a burger and a drink. There was only 5 cars at that sonic….its a burger. Just gotta speed it up a bit, its a drive. Thru. thanks.
