I ordered a 6 inch and foot long online. Went into the store to pick it up and got home to see we had two 6 inches. Go back into the store to have it fixed and they just make us another 6 inch. I get home again and realized that the first sandwich they made was made incorrectly.. why do they get paid $18 to make a sandwich I told them how to make and they still do it incorrectly?

Update: Ordered online again and they made the sandwich wrong again… how in the special instructions can I write something so specific and they don’t even look at. It’s like they just make whatever they want and serve it.

Rarely do I have a negative experience here.
One of the young ladies who works here is super nice and welcoming. I believe her name tag has Serena on it.
When she is working, in my experience, it's always a calm atmosphere. The music is not loud and offensive, as I have been in this store when it was.
I might add the gentleman working with her today and last time I was here is very kind as well.

First of all order two sandwiches a footlong and a 6 in they used a dirty knife to cut the 6 in half proceeded to make my footlong sub club getting it all the way to the point of and needed roast beef to tell me that they had no roast beef and then wanted to charge extra for a turkey sandwich with extra ham thanks a lot jazz won't be coming again when you're there since you want to overcharge for nothing

They will not answer the phone when you try to contact them. You all need to answer the phone. This store needs better management because they will not answer the phone at all when you try and call to change your pickup time. I am deeply disappointed and will probably never order here again because I tried calling 7 times and no one answered the phone at all.

Love subway, would rather have no music than have to listen to hardcore Christian music when I walk in. They used to play 106.1 or 106.9.
Employees here can be rude and managers don't seem to care. District manager named Josh has already unofficially "banned" me from doing an online order here due to a problem on their part. I received a sandwich that the bread had looked contorted and smashed and not appealing at all to look at and they told me that that's normal and then messed up another sandwich and only put banana pepper seeds on it instead of actual peppers, among other mess ups. I was even close with the manager at that time. I had also been declined a job here due to someone who worked here spreading slander about me and management judging me and told me why I wouldn't be offered an interview, but I'm such a "bad person" that I work at a prison now, but they'll hire someone who refuses to keep up on hygiene.

Delicious as always but, holy crap, the prices seem to have gone up. My bf and I both got 12in sub meals and it was over $40. 😣

Vegetarian options: It's subway.

My 8 year son an I just waited 34 minutes, 2nd in line, 1 person working, to-go orders running rampant… Only to hear, not from the employee, rather from the first guy in line that they are out of Turkey. Not only is this owners’ locations incredibly over-priced compared to other Subways, apparently a sign stating “out of Turkey” is beyond their comprehension. Maybe train the staff to let their customers know (as the line was 5 deep), prior to wasting 34 minutes on a school night. I wouldn’t normally leave a review over just one singular experience but it is consistently awful at this location.
