Ate in interesting ordering from their kiosk

If I could give negative stars I would. The self proclaimed manager this night laughed at me cause I don't have a car and cause their app wouldn't work right and legit won't let me order my food and made fun of me for having money but not my own vehicle when I have someone sitting there waiting on me to pay them for my food and pay that person for a delivery.

I don't know what is up with the places around here. They know you don't have many options for places to go so they totally mail it in. We ordered on the app for pickup and didn't get our food for literally 40 minutes. The workers were half-comatose, just casually stumbling along like we were in some dreary French film. It's possible they were giving drive-thru customers priority, but that doesn't mean totally ignore dine-in orders. 40 minutes is ridiculous. I know life can kinda suck working fast food, but gees take a little bit of pride in your work. It might even make your shift go faster.

I stop before going to work to try and get something to eat so I'm stopping in around noon the staff is working as fast as they can and it still takes forever to get mobile orders they need a few extra people for lunch rushes

Pulled up to the drive thru ...and was told they cant take any more drive thru order's because of the inside orders was messed up ....and then just left hanging sitting in the drive thru....mean while people pile up behind me so i cant back out ....extremely poor managent

I had to break all the shell off the 3 tacos just to get 4 bites, all lettuce and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat! Very pour ! Family spent nearly $40.. won't happen again!!

Been through the drive through many times. Normally good. App would not work so I went in. Took over 20 minutes for my food. They were out of some ingredients. Only a couple employees working. They seem like they have no idea what is going on. I used to work in the food industry. I am sorry but the GM and all managers below should be fired and re-staff or shut the place down. It has gone downhill in the last couple months. Not a good experience and I will not be back.

I work near taco bell and use their app to order my lunch. Close enough to walk to and food is always ready by the time I arrive! Love their $7 luxe box! Could easily eat it every day ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible, no steps, self order kiosks in a nice low position, bathrooms are one open room, no tiny stalls, toilet safety rails!

This Taco Bell has improved so much. I had a carryout order tonight and the food was excellent and just what I ordered. And the customer service was terrific.

It's 520pm place is dead. Did mobile order and took 25 minutes. Stood at counter for 10min before anyone even asked if I needed help. Then I got my 2 burritos drove off and both are wrong! Last time I come here!
