I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone from 7Brew in Warrensburg or any customer service. Every phone number I find sends me straight to corporate and I go to the customer service line and it says no one is available.
I got flavored waters for my kids this morning and this was in one of their drinks.. a screw.. I’m extremely disappointed about this careless mistake and would love to speak to someone from this 7Brew location.

My sister and I came through for the Santa’s cookie blondie. We got 2 coffees, 2 completely different colors. Go back around to get it fixed & iPad lady wants to argue after I nicely asked for a new one. The dark coffee tasted like burnt espresso. We love 7 brew, lately our coffee has been awful. Tasting like coffee & milk. I can do that at home & not pay $7 a coffee. Just hope the young kids can slow down & do it right the first time.

Our waitress/barista was Allie and she was amazing! She met us at our window with a smile and positive attitude. She told us the specials for the day and also answered a couple coffee questions I had. I’m a bit high maintenance when it comes to my coffee, but she made me feel at ease, even complimented my personal request for a latte with special milk and less pumps of syrup. She made sure it was made perfectly, with a wonderful smile the entire time. Allie’s customer service went above and beyond- thanks so much!
