Super disappointed. We have been to this location many times and it's clear it has gone downhill. They only had a few tables total and our server took an extremely long time to get to us. She apologized about that, so I was understanding. After our order was finally taken, it took quite a while to get our food. When it finally came, my kiddos order was not right, which our server heard me say, but didn't offer to switch it. It wasn't until she came back again with my kiddo extremely upset that I asked if we could get the kids taco that we ordered. My husband never got a knife for his steak that he ordered so he had to walk over to the bar to ask for one. We were never approached again until we were practically done with our food. We ended up ordering dessert as it was my birthday, yet our dirty plates stayed stacked at the end of the table while we were ordering dessert, after we ate our dessert, and after we go our check. Overall it was a disappointing dinner and I felt like the server was inattentive and didn't really know what she was doing.

Hav ordered the honey chicken Mac and cheese for awhile now as delivery. This is the fifth time is has come with ZERO SAUCE. Like, that’s one of the main parts of Mac and cheese. Why is this a hard concept to grasp? My noodles are dry, my chicken tenders are one big one, my salad has zero dressing. This place has gone down hill so much in the last few months.

We ordered the 2 for $25. My husband ordered the four cheese Mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken had NO glaze on them and the Mac & cheese had barely any sauce. We ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings for our appetizers. They also had no sauce. VERY disappointing.

Server was very unatentative. And very distracted though there were maybe 3 tables occupied. Took a while to order. Drinks were messed up and needed reminding, 5 times reminded the drink was messed up. Both server and cook had serious lack of steak knowledge, and said they can't make a blue steak, but offered a 100° steak. That's a blue steak. What should have taken 5 minutes tops, due to the lack of tables, took actually 30 minutes. And the steak was grey throughout. A blue steak should be pink throughout. This was grey. We will not be returning.

Met God at this Applebee's tonight and their name was Keara. Their vibes were insanely chill, and they chatted with our table every time they came by. I don't think I've ever met a lovelier person in my life. Plus, the food was SOOOO good. Like, delicious. I'm an Applebee's lover for life, but I still can't argue that I've had a better meal there before. It's impossible. The food was just THAT good.
Booths are super cramped, food was mediocre at best, and the service was below average. My burger was a bit on the undercooked side but only on about the last third of the patty so I didn't bother to complain. Wife's food was somewhat bland. Now I remember went I stopped eating at Applebee's.

Awful service, we went for my Girlfriends 21st birthday because they have fun drinks, they sat us but we didn't get service for almost 25mins and 2 waitresses walked past us and didn't even acknowledge us or ask if we had been helped, we ended up taking our business elsewhere because they served someone who came in after us, I'd understand if they were busy but this was around 3 and they weren't busy at all.

Our waitress, Morgan, was a delight. She was very kind and attentive to me and my husband the entire time we were there. She made fun conversation with us while our food was taking much longer than expected in the kitchen. Our food was hot and fresh when it came out, and overall our experience was good.
The professionalism of some of the other employees needs to be addressed, however. We overheard the general manager, John, loudly bragging to a group of waitresses that the first thing he did when he got out of the military was smoke a LOT of weed. He was in the dining area when he was bragging about this, right near our table. This was extremely unprofessional. We also overheard some of the waitresses talking about how this John only cares about money, and has no desire to actually fix things in the restaurant that desperately need it. Like the men’s bathroom, where the stall is missing bolts and brackets, and is barely hanging onto the wall.
Our experience was only saved by our excellent waitress. Do better Applebees
