Food was OK, but it took an hour from the time we ordered. And 10 minutes from the time we ordered to get our drinks. They somehow ran out of silverware,probably because of all the unbussed tables. Appetizer came out cold, pasta cake or cold. Overall a waste of money and time. I'm glad I was able to convince some people walking in to go elsewhere. Restrooms are some of the worse ive seen at the chain.

Sadly I wish I could say good things. However, from time we were seated to the time we had our food was over an hour. They were not even that busy. Understand they were having technical issues but they did not communicate or even keep up on drinks. We most likely won't be back. I suggest Applebee's examine this location quite closely.

slowest place in town that I’ve seen so far, out of several things, cold food, and not a friendly staff at all. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to seat me and my girlfriend..there were 3 families in there. So I thought, maybe they’re short staffed. Until I saw about 6 different people walk out of the kitchen at the same time. They all saw us, and turned around. Finally had to walk back there and ask how much longer it’d be and they finally sat us (along with unnecessary attitude). We finally got to order after another 15 minute wait. They brought the food 20 minutes later, and did not check on us one time. Not even for a refill. Finally had to ask someone who wasn’t our waiter for the bill. That took another 10 minutes. There’s no reason a meal for two should take almost 2 hours.
I’m new to town, so this is my first impression. 10/10 do not recommend.

The whole front of the house had a greasy floor. Probably using a back of house mop. Not good. Big turn off for me.

Ordered bone-in wings and a quesadilla burger after 30 minutes they called us and said they only have five bone-in wings and that it would take at least another 20 minutes to complete the order, at this point we were already at the restaurant and when I received the order the bone-in wings that I received must have been left in the fryer since yesterday due to a food allergy the bone-in wings are all I can eat but apparently not tonight the staff seems to be completely inept and aggravated by everything including air I myself run a business however if it was this one I would definitely fire my hiring manager this post is long but not long enough to explain everything that I experienced while waiting there for the 20 minutes that they said it would take to make my order properly without actually doing it

They had one waitress and I think the manager might've been the cook. They forgot our spinach dip, but my sirlion steak was shrunk I think but tasted great but the sides were half a serving each, that was disappointing. Was still hungry when I left and after spending 35 bucks on my one meal I don't think I should be hungry when leaving.

Very slow service. There were barely any customers and the wait for the items that were ordered took a very long time once someone took our order.

Super disappointed. We have been to this location many times and it's clear it has gone downhill. They only had a few tables total and our server took an extremely long time to get to us. She apologized about that, so I was understanding. After our order was finally taken, it took quite a while to get our food. When it finally came, my kiddos order was not right, which our server heard me say, but didn't offer to switch it. It wasn't until she came back again with my kiddo extremely upset that I asked if we could get the kids taco that we ordered. My husband never got a knife for his steak that he ordered so he had to walk over to the bar to ask for one. We were never approached again until we were practically done with our food. We ended up ordering dessert as it was my birthday, yet our dirty plates stayed stacked at the end of the table while we were ordering dessert, after we ate our dessert, and after we go our check. Overall it was a disappointing dinner and I felt like the server was inattentive and didn't really know what she was doing.

Hav ordered the honey chicken Mac and cheese for awhile now as delivery. This is the fifth time is has come with ZERO SAUCE. Like, that’s one of the main parts of Mac and cheese. Why is this a hard concept to grasp? My noodles are dry, my chicken tenders are one big one, my salad has zero dressing. This place has gone down hill so much in the last few months.

We ordered the 2 for $25. My husband ordered the four cheese Mac & cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken had NO glaze on them and the Mac & cheese had barely any sauce. We ordered garlic parmesan chicken wings for our appetizers. They also had no sauce. VERY disappointing.
