I went to Arby’s earlier this evening, and had to go back because they forgot my ranch chicken wrap. No big deal. I pull up to the drive through and explain my situation. They immediately tell me to pull to the window because they have it ready. No questions asked. I get home, take a couple of bites only to reveal that this is not a ranch chicken wrap. This is in fact a honey mustard chicken wrap! Not to mention that they’ve been consistently messing up my bf’s orders when he’s been going lately as well. ALSO! (I know the employees can’t help this) Arby’s got rid of their peppercorn ranch sauce AND their iconic, creamy buffalo sauce. Only to replace it with that nasty, oily Nashville hot sauce. Why must they do this? I hate to make this review, but Arby’s has been going downhill recently. I’m praying for y’all, and I’m an atheist.

I like the late shift better but i found several hairs in my food and the workers male and female was not wearing a hair net or gloves! Please be careful with day shift arbys but i love the dude who has nice dreads and he always is polite and sanitary.

Pictures would have been relevant in this review but we didn’t even think about writing a review until now. One hour ago went through drive thru got a large fry and beef n cheddar sandwich. The large fry was half filled????? Old fries?????? WOW….out of Arby sauce???? Shocker…..roast beef cold not even the least bit warm??? Poorly trained staff. Poorly trained manager as well. I’m surprised Arby’s is still standing in our town. Staff should be ashamed.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one really erks me. I ordered some roast beef sandwiches with a couple other things and au jus. The cook dumped the au jus directly on one of the sandwiches vs in two containers like I ordered. It completely saturated the buns, soaked through the sandwich container, bag and all over my seat. Now I have a permanent stain the size of a football on my seat. They did it out of malice and should be fired. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone. Unforgivable service.
