Pictures would have been relevant in this review but we didn’t even think about writing a review until now. One hour ago went through drive thru got a large fry and beef n cheddar sandwich. The large fry was half filled????? Old fries?????? WOW….out of Arby sauce???? Shocker…..roast beef cold not even the least bit warm??? Poorly trained staff. Poorly trained manager as well. I’m surprised Arby’s is still standing in our town. Staff should be ashamed.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one really erks me. I ordered some roast beef sandwiches with a couple other things and au jus. The cook dumped the au jus directly on one of the sandwiches vs in two containers like I ordered. It completely saturated the buns, soaked through the sandwich container, bag and all over my seat. Now I have a permanent stain the size of a football on my seat. They did it out of malice and should be fired. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone. Unforgivable service.

The guy working the drive through window was literally huffing and puffing and then started to be rude to the point that I just drove off and went somewhere else. Kind of frustrating

Not fast food,tried to get a chicken sandwich, I spent 15mins in the parking lot waiting, to no avail. had to leave to return to work because of how long it was taking. Do not suggest, will not be going back.

I have always liked Arby's shaved beef versus a hamburger! You can't beat 4 classic roast beef for $10! What a bargain in today's food costs. They are not reduced in size either, like so many other retailers.

Parking: Tight parking. On the north side of the building, you can get blocked in if the drive-through is busy.
Changing my 2 ⭐ into a 5, the dude with the dreads is always so welcoming! Probably the most hospitable service worker in the whole town. Thank him and give him a raise.
Ordered food on Door Dash. I had 4 roast beef sliders, which were good. A crispy chicken sandwich, which I didn't care for. It was cooked well. I just didn't like the flavor. I also ordered the mac and cheese bites, and I didn't like the flavor of those either. I haven't had either the chicken sandwich or the mac and cheese bites before from Arby's. I usually stick to what I know at Arby's, but I thought I would branch out a little.

Food hot and fresh. They did forget the marinara sauce with our mozzarella sticks but other than that I have no complaints. The gentleman working drive thru was very helpful and friendly. Great customer skills.

The worst customer service I have ever received, Always rude in the drive thru, instead of asking if I need anything else, I get "is that all", ordered a French dip today, instead of cutting my sandwich they ripped it in half, the sprite had no syrup it was awful, called them and went back to get my order fixed and I was never even acknowledged they just handed me another sandwich without even saying a word, didn't give me time to address the drink needless to say for someone who frequented nearly every night, I will not be back to this location

I LOVE Arby's! That being said, I overheard the workers saying they had never seen it so busy. It was Sunday, after church. There were two other tables with costumers besides us (total 8 persons) in the small dining area that only sat 8 tables in the whole space. All of the tables were dirty. Nothing serious, but an inconvenience, nonetheless. The bathroom needed attention. Apparently, they have routinely had trouble with it, and service persons couldn't figure out what was wrong. Service was great, Pheonix was caring and kind with my children. Food was great, as always! We'll definitely be back.
