Buffalo Wild Wings

after already being served undercooked chicken here and dealing with rude staff, my boyfriend and i decided to give it another try. thursday night we go, are served drinks with white sauce of sorts on it, waited several minutes on replacements, and still was served drinks with white sauce on the inside of the cup. this was not initially taken off of the bill but had to be brought to a manager to remove it. our waitress was very sweet and checked on us despite it being busy, but all other staff seemed confused when i tried addressing my concerns with them. overall, i would not ever take myself or anyone else back to this restaurant despite giving it multiple chances over the course of multiple years. the wings are good here (when cooked!) but other than that i have no desire to ever go back.

Constantly messing up my order whether I deliver or dine in. My dine in experiences consist of standing up and asking for a refill, waiting forever or getting my card swiped twice. When I order I’m always missing something. EVERY-TIME. This is why I’m writing this review now because I just ordered traditional wings and got boneless. I’ve just had it with this place.

Worst dinner dine in, in years. Waitress forgot to take our order. We didn't order soda but that was her excuse for everything, including the bar. Our appetizer was taken to another table and came out when we were almost done with our dinner...and it was wrong. People were standing on the wall next to us waiting to be sat, while tables all around us were empty and needed to be bussed. They acted like they were slammed, with very few customers. For 2 people to have over a hundred dollar tab...come on, do better!

First time in this establishment and it was perfect for a quiet Monday night date night. Food was good, atmosphere was good, and the T.Vs couldn’t have been placed any better. Our waitress was attentive and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

This is exactly what you expect it to be. The food is greasy and delicious and you get to watch football. What more could you ask for?

Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings are available.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids early on in the evening but gets a little rowdy later on (especially during football season).

Door Dashed some food. 10 piece boneless wings and the new york style cheesecake. Everything was really good, but I didn't get any plasticware. I was traveling, but just luckily had something I bought from dollar general.

They are low on staff and take ever to allot a seat, take order and deliver, resulting to a poor customization.

We go to Warrensburg BWW weekly. We always get EXCELLENT service! Lucas the bartender is absolutely amazing! He is always attentive to details, never serves anything under par, he mixes delicious drinks, I’ve seen him help out in every part of running the place. He is always positive, makes conversation and helps make you feel at home while you there. Great job Lucas!

When a boneless wing is the size of a quarter and still counts as a whole wing... all breading no meat. Flavor is great but thats about it. (Quarter for size) ordered a 20 piece didn't even get 20. Wings have hardly any sauce, it doesn't even coat the wing.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, and I normally don’t, but I would strongly recommend against ever ordering any form of “to-go” from this particular location. This is probably the third or fourth time I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but it was by far the worst. The front of house staff is kind and patient, but you can even tell that they are sick of the kitchen’s nonsense. I placed an order for carry out around 3:00, and the app said it would be ready by 3:20. I showed up a bit early, so I expected to wait, which was fine. Meanwhile, two other people came and went with their DoorDash orders, and I’m wondering if they must have ordered before me. Again, that’s fine. So finally my food shows up at 3:40, and not only are both my drinks missing (shocker), but my boyfriend’s order of 15 traditional wings were the wrong three flavors. If you are going to take forever with my order, what is your excuse for not even getting it correct when the receipt clearly listed the correct flavors? I did not mean to take out my frustration on the poor woman who brought us our food, but I have simply had it with employees who don’t respect their customers, let alone their own coworkers. It is completely unreasonable for the front of house staff to have to take all the flack when we all know the kitchen staff is the problem here. We get it, you work in a kitchen, you are more than likely high. I don’t care anymore. I tipped $10.00 for a 40 minute wait, incorrect food, and a clearly frustrated wait staff. Absurd.
