30 minutes and my 3 family members just got their drinks, I didn’t get mine and my 1 year old had her food thankfully but no drink and I had to ask still. There were only 4 tables in here and we’ve watched 2 tables leave from no service. we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. DISAPPOINTED

This one used to be awesome but this place sucks now. Everyone standing around and can’t be bothered to bring drink refills or even the check! Worthless management is my guess. 🤷‍♂️

I've been going so much more frequently now that they have spicy chicken crispers. They are AMAZING!!! They taste like KFC spicy chicken and for a town without KFC it's the perfect place to satisfy that craving. Service and food have been spot on for a while now. I'm happy to update my 4-star review to this.

There's more sauce on the outside of the box then on the chicken. The dry rub chicken only had dry rub thrown on top after they were put in the boxes. I've had Buffalo Wild Wings dozens of times and this is the most disappointing I have ever had. Completely ridiculous. This is at the Warrensburg location.

Extremely disappointed with the service today. Took over an hour to get our drinks, and even longer for food. My dad wanted to go there for Veteran's Day (also his birthday!) and we arrived at 11:10am not long after opening. The place was busy, but I've seen it worse before and never had such a poor experience. Our server already seemed frazzled when she finally came to our table. We ordered 2 waters, a soda, an appetizer and our meals all at once. We watched as people continued to get sat and many people left upset after waiting for a long time fo drinks/food. After an hour I stopped the waitress and asked of we could please get our drinks (none of the tables in her section had drinks) She finally brought them, I helped her at the drink stand and later returned to get my own refill. I saw the manager ordering the waitresses to take alcoholic beverages to tables that were just sat (and not in their section) I asked the waitress if they were shorthanded, she said only 3 people were scheduled and she was very overwhelmed. Obviously the manager is the problem here. Our appetizer came out after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting. The onion rings were cold. Then our food came out about 20 minutes later. I had to flag down someone for the check, then when she took the card she stopped to help two other tables before running it. No apologies from the staff either, and it was a terrible experience. Took 2 hours total for a simple meal on a weekday before the lunch rush. Lots kf patrons looked upset, waiting for food that wouldnt even come out hot. My dad had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before and now he will never want to go back. And I won't be back to this location again either. Terrible service.

We were seated for an hour before we even got our drinks(only after asking if we could get our drinks). And then an hour and 15 minutes our appetizers came out completely cold as though they sat in the window. 20 minutes later and entrees come out only Luke warm at best. Pretty sad for Veterans day and only 3 server's. Also our daughter went and filled our drinks because they never came back to give us refills. Will not be back to this location. Watched several people just leave because their meals were taking an hour plus.

We placed a take out order, costing over $70. I was really disappointed. We ordered 3 items-nachos, a 20 piece wing, and a buffalo chicken salad. The nachos were a soggy mess and simply inedible. The salad was decent-I didn't realize they would put the dressing directly on the salad instead of leaving it on the side like most restaurants do-so it was a little soggy but the flavor was decent. We ordered a 20 piece traditional wing with 4 different flavors-salt and vinegar, lemon pepper, chipotle, and Buffalo (all dry rubs). We received only chipotle and Buffalo flavors. That was really disappointing since a 20 piece wing is over $30 and it wasn’t even correct. The actual flavor of the wings was decent though. It just would have been nice to get exactly what we ordered. I actually haven’t ate at BWW in years because it was getting so expensive but wanted to try it again. It obviously was not worth it. If you do order take out from there I suggest you double check the bag to make sure the order is correct, make sure your salad dressing is on the side, and skip the nachos entirely (unless you’re dining in-they might be ok if they don’t sit in a box).

Will no longer come to this store. Will go out of my way to the Lee's Summit store from now on. Takes way to long to get food. So decided to order online. Just to wait in the store for over 30min, after the time it was supposed to be picked up. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left.

This place has gone downhill so fast. It was my favorite place to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Guess I need to find somewhere else to go. Food takes way too long and service doesn’t warrant a visit.

The (assuming) college girls there are so rude every dang time we have been there like more customers are a problem or annoying to them and one of the call takers decided she wanted to get smart over the phone when I literally had asked a simple yes or no question when I wanted to give them another chance and had a question, -5/10 recommend this location
