Went there 5/29/25 for lunch. Got the chicken soft tacos and chips and guacamole. The chicken was cold and dried out. Told them it was, no response. The chips were stale and tasteless. I asked the girl who was working at the pick up the counter if I could get some seasoning that the put on the chips. She told me that they were to busy and they dont give anything like that. Avoid this particular Chipotle. 11/7/2023 at 7:20 p.m. they had no white rice or brown rice for customers who were in the restaurant, but had both for online orders. 3 screens indicated no online orders but they would not use the online order rice to be placed in our orders. The manager hid in the office rather than be a grown up and face customers who just wanted dinner. The most idiotic restaurant position I have encountered in the past week.
