my girlfriend got me chipotle, and there is a a new trainee that didn't listen to the orders, she and her mom asked for double meat and veggies and he didn't listen. my lid was not even attached to my bowl and as soon as i got in my house my bowl fell through the bag from being soaked by pico juice. i don't know his name but he is a new trainee.

As soon as this visit started they were out of brown rice and I was told it would be a 26 minute wait for more brown rice, the honey chipotle chicken was out at was I didn’t even ask about the wait for that. We weren’t given a lid for our bowl and had to go ask for one, they had no spoons or forks out for customers, only knives, so I had to go ask for a spoon, which involved me being ignored by the cashier until I spoke up about how simple my request was to the cashier. The sprite was completely out of syrup so that was as a nice mouth full of bland soda water to enjoy after finally sitting down to enjoy my burrito which was also going to be missing the green pepper tobasco sauce since there was only one Tabasco sauce sat out for customers. This was the worst visit to a chipotle I have experienced in my life, and I am not exaggerating.

Out of several food items. Food wasn't Fresh and didn't Taste Good at ALL! Several people in my party were concerned that they were going to end up Sick & they Actually didn't feel good later on! Do NOT Recommend!

My daughter went to pick us up some Chipotle and was there well before 9 pm and they were out of fajita veggies. She asked if they closed at 9 or 10 and they said 10 but they were not going to be cooking any more veggies. If you close at 10 and you are out of one of the main ingredients over an hour before why not make more? This has happened to me at least 2 other times at this location, not just fajita veggies but other ingredients too. I decided not to post a review before but probably should have.

This is pretty common at this location if you read the reviews....is anything being done to address and fix the problem?

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The carnitas were dry and hard. Steak had a disgusting flavor. I was actually worried I’d get food poisoning if I ate it. I didn’t eat my bowl and tossed the whole thing. Chips were soggy/stale I couldn’t tell. Absolute waste of $30

One of the best Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Food was great. Despite it being hot the service was fast, efficient and honestly incredible. Even witnessed the gentle working the register escort a senior customer to his truck. Kudos to the team working today!!

It's okay. Just okay.

Usually a pretty good place. That is unless you doordash, apparently. Received my food with only 2 of the toppings I asked for and a hair in it. Paid nearly 30 dollars for food I didn't get to eat.

Absolutely disgusting. They were out of about 5 different things. The rice had zero flavor. The pork was very dry and crispy to the point it couldnt be eaten. I paid for a meal I tossed in the trash. Don't waste your money here. The only pleasant thing in the restaurant was the cashier.
