Chipotle Mexican Grill

I genuinely got nothing in my bowl. It is 1/2 empty. How do you do that. Just fill up the bowl. I’ve never seen anything like it. And you’d think because everything is so expensive these days, the employees would put at least a decent amount in the bowl.

Out of pretty much everything. No clean place to sit inside as every table had spilled food or trash on it.

I went in today. Got my normal bowl like I do. At every single location with a cup of barbicoa broth on the side. I don't know who the guy at the register was, but he told his co-worker that they are not allowed to do that anymore. I then asked him what they do with the broth at the end of the day and they said, throw it out. Is there really any point not putting the broth on there when it adds extra flavor and makes the bowl better? Not sure who he is but whenever I encounter him there i will leave another poor review. Stop being difficult for no reason!

Long wait
Workers very busy / not enough help
Had to refill lettuce, cheese & corn & out of vegetables
Bowl bottom & top smeared with sour cream. Quite a mess

Inconsistent portions and servings. This location makes up rules as they go. One day it’s no extra cheese or sour cream then the next it’s being charged as an extra side if you ask for more cheese. Then they started the three finger pinch for cheese then wonder why people ask for a little more. Ridiculous and petty. Then i simply just wanted my red sauce on the side rather than on my bowl and it was charged as a “side” … even when i PAY for double protein they skimp my bowl. the quality of the food is mediocre , it could be good one day then terrible the next experience. they have ridiculous expectations and managers

my girlfriend got me chipotle, and there is a a new trainee that didn't listen to the orders, she and her mom asked for double meat and veggies and he didn't listen. my lid was not even attached to my bowl and as soon as i got in my house my bowl fell through the bag from being soaked by pico juice. i don't know his name but he is a new trainee.

As soon as this visit started they were out of brown rice and I was told it would be a 26 minute wait for more brown rice, the honey chipotle chicken was out at was I didn’t even ask about the wait for that. We weren’t given a lid for our bowl and had to go ask for one, they had no spoons or forks out for customers, only knives, so I had to go ask for a spoon, which involved me being ignored by the cashier until I spoke up about how simple my request was to the cashier. The sprite was completely out of syrup so that was as a nice mouth full of bland soda water to enjoy after finally sitting down to enjoy my burrito which was also going to be missing the green pepper tobasco sauce since there was only one Tabasco sauce sat out for customers. This was the worst visit to a chipotle I have experienced in my life, and I am not exaggerating.
