Went there 5/29/25 for lunch. Got the chicken soft tacos and chips and guacamole. The chicken was cold and dried out. Told them it was, no response. The chips were stale and tasteless. I asked the girl who was working at the pick up the counter if I could get some seasoning that the put on the chips. She told me that they were to busy and they dont give anything like that. I asked if the had just some salt packets and she said they didn't.The floor wad disgusting and had some kind of totes with stuff sitting all around. The employees in the back were discussing loudly what they had been doing the night before. This Chipotle has gone down hill. I won't go back there. I will drive to Lees Summit or Blue Springs before I would ever go back to the Warrensburg Chipotle.

I watched today as the man in front of me ordered a bowl with honey chicken. He was given a heaping amount by the old woman working the counter before he asked her to go ahead and give him double meat, at which point she gave him another heaping portion.
When I went to order my meal as the very next customer, and asked for plain chicken, she gave me 1/2 to maybe 3/4 of the amount she gave the man ahead of me the first time. It was obvious that she was trying to ration out the meat because they were running low on chicken at that time, however that’s a bunch of BS to not be consistent. I asked her “is that all?“ and she snapped at me “yes!“ Seeing that I was about to get gotten over on by the old woman, I just left. Everybody complains about how inconsistent Chipotle is with portions and how stingy they are, and then you witness a significant disparity in what is being served from customer to customer in this location. This chipotle is terrible! they need to do better.

This was the by far the most disgusting food establishment I have been to! The employees had their phones out, chewing gum, wiping their nose on their arm. The trash in the kitchen had multiple trash bags piled on the one trash can. The drink dispenser clearly hasn’t ever been cleaned. Packages of food sitting out in boxes? Not too mention we couldn’t sit anywhere because every table was covered in crap. I asked for them to wipe one down for us and I was told they don’t have any rags to clean them. What on earth! The floor was disgusting and the atmosphere was terrible. I will never come back here and I recommend everyone else stay away.

I'm very disappointed in you Chipotle. I used all my points for my free entre and paid the double meat. This is why their delivery sucks

The worst Chipotle i’ve ever been to. You could tell the entire line was new and had no clue what to do. The manager was NOT helpful to them at all.
We ordered some kid meals, never ordered a kid meal from there before. We were told from 2 different people that it included 3 sides so we picked our 3 sides. The manager walks up and was rude telling everyone they’re wrong, saying she’ll allow it just this once… when HER employees told us 3 sides, not 2. That was their mess-up… She didn’t bother to help them out on line when they clearly needed it. Came over all rude, telling everybody including us how wrong we were then walks away and gets back on her tablet, clearly there’s no training going on…. They were out of steak, had to wait on veggies. Ended up getting chicken and it was disgusting!!!!! Dry and a nasstyyyy burnt taste, i couldn’t finish my bowl. Asked for a side of salsa and got pico instead, the employees don’t even know the difference. Manager needs a personality change and needs to be more helpful to her staff. i feel bad because the employees were trying and i could tell the guy was getting anxious. Left her whole line to suffer, with a line to the door. 0/10. Glad I was just visiting Warrensburg, so I don’t ever have to come back here.

Overall good food however the dining room was a complete mess. The open kitchen design didn't help matters in this store for dirty dishes and crumbs all over the counters can be seen when ordering. Service from the counter was all very rude with all of them giving customers attitudes. Instead of stocking the dining room they left open boxes on the counter with all the silverware open for everyone to dig in. Not very sanitary.

I’d give them a no stars if possible . I go in to order a bowl the young lady was pleasant . I ask do u all hv pinto beans , she said we do . Another employee comes and says they are on the To- go side until the truck comes in . She says you hv to order online to get pinto beans I think ?? I say but I’m here & your making my bowl can you take two steps over to get some they are here a few feet away ?? It makes no sense that seems crazy that I’d just hv to opt out when she had began the bowl. This young white guy comes over& says “We can’t “ I said but she started bowl that’s crazy ? With a smug face “ that’s just how it is “
I said scratch that I don’t want it . If this how chipotle operates Sucheros is in my town where I live I’m just visiting this town , and hv options back at home . But as a company this makes no sense when it’s inside of the store at the time . If it was a quesadilla I understand that’s online only . Logic & common sense is rare . And I do realize I’m ima racist place so I left ! His tone and attitude said it all .

Me and my boyfriend went here 2 days ago, I got a bowl with steak and he got a burrito with chicken. After only a day I became very ill and so had my boyfriend. We are both experiencing terrible food poisoning and puking violently. I made a post on a social media of mine and apparently there have been other people who went there a week ago who experienced the exact same thing. This is not okay and we currently can’t sleep or keep any food or water down.

Alyssa was HORRIBLE and treated me with awful service when I asked if I could switch from a burrito to a bowl BEFORE SHE EVEN HEATED UP THE BURRITO SHELL. She also gave me half the protein out of spite that I didn’t want a burrito. I also asked if chicken would be out soon and she said she didn’t know and I had to hurry. FIRE

The first thing one observes when entering a dining establishment is the aesthetics and cleanliness. Let's just say this place looks brand new from the main street. However, boy are looks deceiving and it becomes blatantly obvious once you walk in. This place looks like a children's cafeteria. Filled garbage cans, food on the table/floor, beverage area a mess. The management/employees here have zero pride or care and it shows. If the customer area looks like this it makes me question the sanitation standards overall. This review is based on several attempts to dine at this location.

I had a truly awful experience at this Chipotle location, and I feel compelled to share it. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the complete mess in the dining area. The trash bins were overflowing with paper bags, food containers, and drink cups spilling out onto the floor. It was clear that the trash hadn't been emptied for a long time, and the waste was practically stacked on top of the bins. Even worse, there were multiple food bowls scattered on the ground, some with leftovers spilling out, creating a really unhygienic environment.
What frustrated me the most was that the employees were fully aware of the situation but chose to ignore it. I saw them standing behind the counter and chatting, not making any effort to clean up the area. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there was no excuse for the mess to be left there for so long. Customers shouldn't have to eat in such a filthy environment, and it reflects poorly on both the staff and management when basic cleanliness isn't maintained.
Chipotle markets itself as a brand that emphasizes fresh ingredients and quality service, but the condition of this location made me seriously question that commitment. When you walk into a restaurant, you expect a clean and comfortable space to enjoy your meal, not a trash-filled dining room that the staff seems to be too lazy or indifferent to handle.
This experience really made me lose faith in this particular location. If the employees can't take care of something as simple as cleaning up trash, I can’t imagine what else they might be neglecting behind the scenes. I won't be coming back here anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Cleanliness should always be a top priority, and sadly, this Chipotle seems to have completely dropped the ball.

BEWARE.
If you have kids or anyone with difficulties eating, do not eat here. I purchased a chicken burrito bowl with some tortillas to make into burritos and on my first bite I had a bone fragment nearly the size of my fingernail I didn't think to much about it untill I had gotten about half way into my burrito and had another piece of bone and then again on the next bite I had a tiny bone that if it didn't stab me in the roof of my mouth I likely would've swallowed. I love the food here but not at the risk of swallowing a piece of bone and I urge you to also not eat at this establishment.

I am lactose intolerant and the best place to eat in town for me to eat , a bowl is two meals in one ,it's so large.?
