We've been to this location a few times. The food is ok but the service is great and the facility is clean. We went and saw Santa here a few days ago and had a wonderful time 😊

This Culver’s is awful. We waited over 25 minutes in the pick up line for 2 frozen custards. We were ignored by workers on multiple occasions. Asked for refund after the 25 minutes, left with a cash refund and no custard or any incentive to come back.

I was visiting from out of town on Saturday October 19th. I stopped in for a late lunch. Honestly, I was simply blown away by the young people working there. They were extremely polite, helpful and certainly respectful. The whole experience gave me hope for the future and if you're a young man or woman that was working that day, keep up the awesome work!!! This Culver's has the market on training awesome personnel in my opinion. Way to go! :)
