By far the worst DQ I have been to. We have given this location multiple chances and something always goes wrong. From extended wait times, no banananas for splits, receiving the wrong items and blizzards that are like soup. The staff seems to take priority of friends that place orders well after prior customers who wait even longer due to the buddy system. Thank goodness cold stone came to town.

The food is made to order and is good. The staff are pleasant and patient. The restaurant is clean. The prices are fair. A good place to go for a quick bite.

Two words, reheated food. I'm not a well to do man, so 15 bucks for a meal counts. I'm the only one in line, order a 6 piece chicken finger meal and they give it to me in less than a mintue. Ended up throwing food away.

The staff was friendly, but the meal (chicken strip basket) was not good. When I got it (the box), I felt it was not hot. So when I tried to eat, the bread was really soggy and chewy (it's like sitting for a while after cook) and fries were cold and old. The checkins were ok, but I would say everything was old.. I'd like to ask the management that re-check your guidelines of food quality with all the stuff one more time. Then please let us enjoy your food!

Just stopped in at DQ drive thru at 9:30, they closed at 10:30. I received an old chicken basket. The toast was bent in a horseshoe, the fries were cold, and the chickens strips were several hours under the light. No answer when I called. I honestly felt like it had been dug out of the trash
