Worst pizza I've had in years. Asked for extra sauce on 3 pizzas and none of them had any visible sauce. The pizza was terrible. I won't order from Domino's again. This has happened before, but it won't happen again.

We ordered a few things for our daughters little birthday party here. My husband ordered 2 - 8 piece hot buffalo wings for himself, but we received two of the wrong wings (plain) with our order. Realized once we got home. My husband attempted to dump his 2 cups of sauce on them, but that was not enough. Of course I wasn't exactly happy seeing him not want to finish them. Called the location (during the party) at 5pm on 12/20/24 to let them know, just to get a frustrated man on the phone asking if I was "just after free wings". Then him saying I would have to call back another day to speak with the manager. We order from y'all at least once a month, but usually every 2 weeks for the past 4 years or so. I have had several issues, but have only called and complained one other time. A year ago a delivery driver helped me and gave me a refund after being given the wrong food and only seeing once home. Why was a delivery driver able to help me, but now I'm having to speak to the manager? Great customer service... 🙂
Edit: Emailed the manager that replied to this review and got no response. Emailed more and still nothing. Did eventually get a call from a lady (whom said she contacted us due to the review, not the email...?) who said she was adding 2 free wings to my husbands account. That was nice but he's saying it isn't showing up. We're just gonna, for the meantime, continue eating Digiorno and store bought wings. :(

Domino’s is my go-to when I’m at work and haven’t had time to take a break. The online app is fast and easy. Delivery time is usually within 20 minutes every time! They do not disappoint! Perfectly cooked every time.

This team is awesome! I had a problem with another pizza place in town not having my order ready when they were supposed to. I had to quickly get 14 pizzas for 45 high school kids and when I ran into Dominos to see if they could help me, they went above and beyond. They quickly made 14 pizzas for me, got them boxed up, and carried out to my car in 15 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. This will forever be my go to pizza place. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I had placed an order at another pizza place in town around noon for 14 pizzas that I said I would pick up at 7:30. When I got there, my pizza hadn’t even been started and they said it would be around an hour before they’d even get them to me. I had 45 hungry high school kids waiting for pizza so I drove to Dominos to see if they could help me. The team at Dominos was so incredibly understanding and helpful. They went above and beyond to quickly make 14 pizzas for me in less than 29 minutes and even carried them out to my car. The pizzas were delicious and the kids were so happy. Thank you to all the folks working at Dominos tonight for being so incredible. I can’t thank you all enough!

A dominos delivery driver raced down my street, I yelled slow down, they didn’t. So, I called and the person I talked to said the manager didn’t have time to talk, I insisted, so we talked. He yelled at me, belittled me, because I was concerned about public safety. There are kids in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet place, we don’t need to have cars racing down our street way over the speed limit. The manager didn’t care. I want to speak with the owner, if they see this reach out. Because, your employees are rude and don’t care about safety. To the manager, you need some training, you called me names for no reason when all I was doing was pointing out that your driver was being unsafe. Don’t be a jerk to someone that was only trying to prevent a tragedy.
