Horrible customer service had a hair in my food and noodles tasted old and dirty. Manager was rude and disrespectful when I told him about the hair. Worst fazilo franchise I've ever been too used to love the restaurant. will 100% never be going to this place again I wouldn't recommend it to my dog

We put in a huge order today and because of a mess up on our part it didn’t go through, when we went to pick up they were so kind, they helped us get our order in again and fix the problem! The food was done quick and was delicious!

This place is good for quick Italian and decently priced. However, I remember a time when fazolis had endless breadsticks. Either fazolis lost that caveat, or they don't push it nearly as much as they used to. A lot of times, not just at the Warrensburg location, sometimes you might be lucky to get one order of breadsticks.
