Worker to busy talking in the back takes 30 plus minutes to get out order with there are 4 people in the store waiting this long on food second time ive had to wait over 30 minutes to get two sandwiches absolutely ridiculous. Foods great tho

Yum! They were super busy, so it took a little time but was delicious. Service was great! The kitchen was working hard to get all the orders out. Clean and conveniently located.

Quick and good food. Friendly service. Clean dining room. I come frequently and the food is consistently good and I've rarely had any issues. Highly recommend!

First time here, never again. Waited 30 min, while 15 people who came in after me got their food. Online orders being filled I stll wait. I was excited to try my toasted(hot specialty sub). Not special, not even warm and not tasty. Shoestring pickle. Very dissapointed. Will never return, and those prices not ok. Will not reccomend.

Got 3 sandwiches to go wrong bread and on two of them no bbq sauce just mayonnaise. Was told no one gets free food. after explaining about the food messed up. Ok for 51 something for 3 sandwiches I think they should be correct. They wouldn't make it right, so please I don't recommend this location. Or any Firehouse cause apparently they can't even email you to discuss said issue over this with said manager of this location. Though before I came back to Missouri before they were here. In Arizona I never had any problems and food was wonderful.

This franchise gives you a deli pickle and good size too. I've been to some other locations that don't. Good, quick service. Very clean.

My favorite firehouse subs! The place is always clean, staff helpful, and the food is always quick and good every time.

This is usually one of my favorite go tos in this little town but the group of snobby girls working this evening really had me irritated by the time I left. Now I understand everyone has a rough day but the attitude I got for asking that something I asked for when ordering my food be fixed was completely unnecessary. When I arrived I was standing there quite awhile before anyone attempted to take my order but they all kept looking over at me. When I ordered I asked that my pickle be put in another container. I have asked for this before and it's never been an issue. I waited awhile which is nothing new here and I honestly don't mind but the online and door dash or whatever pick up service orders being more important than customers in store was frustrating to more than just me as was voiced by multiple customers. When my to go order was finally ready the girl didn't even give me a bag. Then I asked if the pickle was put in a separate container she snatched it back off the counter and slammed it down yanked the pickle out threw them in another container and shoved them both back up on the counter. She then proceeded to glare at me till I left. Seemed like a group of young girls with attitude problems tonight and if its the same crew I will be walking out next time.

Great food with nice employees in a exceptionally clean store.

I just left mad not happy. I drove 30 mins to eat here, and they overcharged my food and took money from me! They said they couldn't give it back to me. The manager suggests I call corporate that he doesn't even know the number to. I don't recommend going here, unless you want random charges going on your card after every visit.

Yes we went over last night and had subs at your restaurant over there in warrensburg the sandwiches were very poor they didn't taste very good at all and I was very surprised I was looking forward to them I thought they would be delicious but I was disappointed on The taste thank you

I think this might have been the first time I've eaten at Firehouse Subs. Service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. I had a cheese steak sub.
