Firehouse Subs Brentwood Plaza

First time going and was not impressed. Compared to Subway I twasn't that special. The only thing they had a one up on was the bread was actually toasted. The sandwich was just okay. The building was beautiful, the music was loud and terrible. The cause is great and is awesome the food just is not worth it.

The sub that I got was very very good! I didn't give it a 5 only because I am not a huge sub sandwich person so I don't eat enough of them to judge if it was five star or not.

Stopped to get one Hook and Ladder med sub and a drink on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered at 4:23 according to our ticket. We waited for 20 minutes for the sub. There was only one person in the restaurant at the time.

Worker to busy talking in the back takes 30 plus minutes to get out order with there are 4 people in the store waiting this long on food second time ive had to wait over 30 minutes to get two sandwiches absolutely ridiculous. Foods great tho

Yum! They were super busy, so it took a little time but was delicious. Service was great! The kitchen was working hard to get all the orders out. Clean and conveniently located.

Quick and good food. Friendly service. Clean dining room. I come frequently and the food is consistently good and I've rarely had any issues. Highly recommend!

First time here, never again. Waited 30 min, while 15 people who came in after me got their food. Online orders being filled I stll wait. I was excited to try my toasted(hot specialty sub). Not special, not even warm and not tasty. Shoestring pickle. Very dissapointed. Will never return, and those prices not ok. Will not reccomend.

Got 3 sandwiches to go wrong bread and on two of them no bbq sauce just mayonnaise. Was told no one gets free food. after explaining about the food messed up. Ok for 51 something for 3 sandwiches I think they should be correct. They wouldn't make it right, so please I don't recommend this location. Or any Firehouse cause apparently they can't even email you to discuss said issue over this with said manager of this location. Though before I came back to Missouri before they were here. In Arizona I never had any problems and food was wonderful.

This franchise gives you a deli pickle and good size too. I've been to some other locations that don't. Good, quick service. Very clean.

My favorite firehouse subs! The place is always clean, staff helpful, and the food is always quick and good every time.
