I just left mad not happy. I drove 30 mins to eat here, and they overcharged my food and took money from me! They said they couldn't give it back to me. The manager suggests I call corporate that he doesn't even know the number to. I don't recommend going here, unless you want random charges going on your card after every visit.

I think this might have been the first time I've eaten at Firehouse Subs. Service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. I had a cheese steak sub.

I was so excited for Firehouse Sub to come to my town. I rarely come here because they can't ever get my order out in a timely manner. And when they do get it out in a timely manner something is usually wrong with it it's not made right. I have made this complaint several times. Firehouse Sub doesn't seem to care so, I won't be spending my money here .

Took entirely way too long to make 3 sandwiches, sitting waiting for over 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches. This was Friday night,it was not even busy, I don’t understand why it took over 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches.

Had a team order, and everybody was great, and they had it ready for me to pick up on time! Great customer service, and the food was really good, too!

Stayed at Days Inn. Very convenient to have this place next door. Their bread is much better than Subway's.

Pros and cons. First the pros. The sandwich itself was filled quite well very delicious. Second the cons. They asked me at the register if it was for here or to go, I said to go, and they asked me if I wanted pickles as in PICKLES PLURAL. I then waited for almost 30 minutes for my food there was about 6 other people in there waiting before me. I sat there close enough to the counter so that I could hear each customer go out to get their food, and every single customer that had requested it to go with the register, they still did not package it to go and put it on a plate, and I heard each customer tell them it was supposed to be to go. So when they finally called mine and I went up there and sure enough it was put on a plate to eat in, I had to tell them that it was supposed to be to go. They then asked me if I wanted pickles, even though I was asked at the register and said I did. They then put one very small sliver of a dill pickle spear in the package. There was one fresh slice of onion and it was the part from the very middle so it was very small. So the onion and pickle was literally enough to stretch for about four bites. I got the footlong sandwich so quite big. I was very disappointed that they could not put more than one pickle sliver in there for that size of a sandwich. I am including photos of that for you to get a visual however I took one bite of the pickle and ate the very small ring of fresh onion before I took the picture. Sorry, I didn't think of the picture until after that. So overall the sandwich itself was good, but for an $18 meal I expected to get more than one sliver of a pickle to go with a footlong sandwich and more onion than what they gave, it was very chensy, also I believe that 30 minute wait for them to make seven sandwiches it's kind of ridiculous. There was a line of workers so it should not have taken that long. I appreciate that they are made to order that is why I went to try this restaurant for the 1st time, however due to the wait and then being very chintzy on the condiments that go with the sandwich I will not go back.

I always get great service here every time I go here. Everyone is friendly it's clan and the food is always amazing. I eat here a lot and every time I say how I love the service and food. I ordered online and the food was ready before the expected time and still hot and great. I 100% recommend going here.
