I dont usually give mediocre reviews, but unfortunately i have to with this place. While the taste wasnt that bad i was overly disappointed with the size of my "full" size sandwich, the portion was about what i would expect out of a half sandwich and at 17 bucks i was more than disappointed. My imediate thought was i thought i ordered a full size sandwich. I do not mind paying for what i get but i do not want to be disappointed. I will not be giving this place a second...
We are part-timers in The Burg, and I’m pretty sure I go in Green Truck Deli just about every day I’m in town! My absolute musts: a sourdough loaf (sliced, because I’m lazy ;) + one to take home and freeze, and “disappearing” cookies. My husband’s must is snickerdoodles. We’ve also gotten sandwiches several times, as well, and they’ve been delicious.
Tried this place for the first after I discovered it by DoorDashing. Tried their BLT and their Fuego sandwiches. BLT’s are my go to sandwich and it was really good. The Fuego was amazing! The best sandwich I’ve had from a sandwich shop. And it’s local! Definitely worth a try.
