We went on family day so they were busy. HOWEVER, that doesn’t excuse what we experienced. It seemed to us(after waiting an hour and 45 minutes) that the kitchen can’t keep up with the amount of tables they have. We got our appetizer after about 20 minutes. Fine. I get it. They were busy. A table that sat down at least an hour after us got their food before we did. So we asked the server what was going on. She was great. No problems with the service. We finally get our food and it’s cold. We spent two hours in the restaurant and the food was meh. We ended up getting a discount on our food but DO NOT go here.

A nice little spot to get something to eat food with top quality service is great if you're in town I recommend giving it a try a nice meeting with a little bit of everything on it

Well right off the bat the table was sticky my arms stuck to it. The guy who seated us wiped it down for me but it was still sticky so I just left my arms off the table. My salad was okay but it came on a very small plate saucer sized with 5 to 6 in of salad that looked really good but I knew that once I started trying to eat it it would be all over that nasty sticky table. So I asked for a bigger plate and he gave me one. Then when he gave me my soup I looked at it and I knew right away it was going to be terrible it was really thick it had something on top of it I don't know what it was supposed to be chicken noodle I took a little bite and spit it right back in there. Tell them please take that off my bill. My husband's hamburger looked really good he said it didn't taste good I did not want to take a bite of it after tasting that soup. Has french fries were news ones on top of old ones... And as I'm sitting there because all I had to eat was a dinner salad my husband was eating his hamburger I look over at the wall and there is a cockroach climbing up. Besides all the filth.. done with this place... Yuck

Great burgers. I prefer crispy fries so was a little let down with them, but they are still tasty. Service was great, he told us about the history of “man’s best friend” originating there. Would highly recommend.

This place claims that I received direct deposit which I have bank statement along with other supporting documents. Oscar told me to be there today at 11 to pick up my check but the owner Jay claims it went direct deposit which it did not. Now with that said I am taking the legal route and getting the money that I'm deserved and that I earned. So not only does this place fire you for a parents death but they also don't pay you when you leave. At the end of the day I won't rest until I get what I deserve. I mean I could always go in and order food and pay for it of course just to dump it on the floor and smash it and get my monies worth but I don't sink to their level. They are very unprofessional. Oh and did I mention heir kitchen floor is slowly caving in which is unsafe to the workers. Sounds to me like management don't care because the customers don't see the way the kitchen looks. Oh can't forget the workers touching the food with bare hands which is gross. I have pictures of it all and I've maybe a report for unsafe and unsanitary work environment as well

Went to Hero's for presentation given by a local business. They were unable to serve hot meals so we settled for cold sandwiches. I requested mine without mayonnaise but got a sandwich with thousand island dressing instead. Their staff needs to be educated what the main ingredient in thousand island dressing is. I did not send it back because its my habit not to upset the people preparing my food when they are unsupervised by me. No telling what you might get then.
