The people are so nice at my local Hy-Vee. if I can't find an item, they stop what they are doing and take me to the item. I've seen them help the elderly with their shopping list and will walk with them to assist. Most places don't even care a thing about their customers.

Brandon Kidd catered my daughters wedding for me this past weekend. He was beyond amazing. So nice, knowledgeable, and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was calm and worried about nothing. He even stayed late to make sure it was all prepped and everyone had enough. He was by far the easiest person I worked with on this wedding. Thank you Brandon!!!

They do not have no good bacon. If you want good bacon, you can go to Walmart and buy it for $7.97 for 17 oz Oscar Meyer Center cut that’s the best tasting bacon and that I have asked hi vee grocery store in Warrensburg to get the Oscar Mayer bacon center cut six months ago. They still have not got it in.

Store is amazing although I went to the pharmacy to get prescriptions filled for My father and the staff there was very short with me. I was having a terrable day and had only gone there to pick up for my Dad and was not met with the friendly service I get on the store side. The older woman with spikey red hair (Julie maybe) was very short with me and rude....I told her that I did not care for her being rude to me and she tried to gaslight me and say she wasn't but you could tell her coworker's knew she was. Maybe they see it all the time... Ill be going to summers for anything else he needs. I understand that folks have bad days but maybe the person you are rude to is having an even worse day than you. Sad that folks don't understand that they are payed to be pleasant as well as do their job. Not going to lie...this made my day much worse. Terible service . I don't recommend this pharmacy .
