This is a great place to eat, foods great. Service is great. And it's clean with no smells. Omelette size is fair and good, pancake size fair and good.
But come on. This is not 4 dollars worth of hash browns. That's utterly ridiculous. Last pic is after taking one bite. Do better IHOP.

The establishment was clean and decorated nicely for Halloween. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was excellent. It rare to have such a positive dining experience these days. They were also kind about my Alpha Gal allergy
