As a former JJ manager of several years I always have higher expectations than most when I go in to a JJs. Never have I had an issue with this location. The staff are always friendly and in a great mood. My food has always been perfect and done quickly. The store always looks presentable and usually smells like fresh bread. Today I went in and before I could pay the gentleman making my sandwich sat it down next to me and said “sorry it took so long”. Again a perfect sandwich. I’m so glad this location is close to home. Just wish it was a little closer so I could be in the delivery range lol.

Been ordering off the app and they’re supposed to be ”freaky fast” but it’s takes 30 minutes everytime before my orders is even out for delivery than other 20 for it to get delivered

I order here quit often... The staff has always been so great. I have them deliver to my office and they are always so fast with the delivery as well as being so pleasant... my favorite place with the best experience...

We ordered online, one 16” and one regular sandwich. They accidentally delivered only two regulars sandwich’s. We called to let them know and they immediately sent us a driver with a new sandwich. Plus the deliveries were fast & professional. Food was amazing! Amazing staff!

Was told remaining bread was reserved for incoming online orders and catering and I would not be able to order a sandwich at 12:20pm. It’s annoying to learn that in store customers aren’t as valuable as potential online orders.

Loved the chips and Picklewich once I got them. It was Halloween, and the staff was dressed up, which was great. But I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, while the staff talked and joked around. And no, it was not busy when I placed my order. When I left, there was a line of 4 people. There was also a lack of cleanness in the work station.

I ordered two giant sandwiches and noticed they had not been cut in half before any one other than an employee had touched them and before they went across the counter. When I asked for the sandwiches to be cut the employee took the sandwiches and set them on the customer side of the counter and then told me food could not come back across the counter. I will reconsider my lunch spot in the future.
