Was told remaining bread was reserved for incoming online orders and catering and I would not be able to order a sandwich at 12:20pm. It’s annoying to learn that in store customers aren’t as valuable as potential online orders.

Loved the chips and Picklewich once I got them. It was Halloween, and the staff was dressed up, which was great. But I had to wait 20 minutes to get my order, while the staff talked and joked around. And no, it was not busy when I placed my order. When I left, there was a line of 4 people. There was also a lack of cleanness in the work station.

I ordered two giant sandwiches and noticed they had not been cut in half before any one other than an employee had touched them and before they went across the counter. When I asked for the sandwiches to be cut the employee took the sandwiches and set them on the customer side of the counter and then told me food could not come back across the counter. I will reconsider my lunch spot in the future.

I know they are proud of how fast they are, but they got my sandwich done before I could even finish paying for it, lol. This location has gotten my order correct almost always and the staff is good at what they do.
Their food was good and fresh . Good service , they were friendly and helpful . Jimmy John's always good place to eat . ?
Vegetarian options: They do offer a vegetable sandwich, even get unwich which instead of bread is wrapped in lettuce leaf .

I'm old fashioned I leave a penny on my doorstep for Goodluck. And the delivery driver tried to take right in front of me. And acted like he did nothing when I told him to put it back. When I called Jimmy John's they acted like I was crazy for complaining. It doesn't matter of it's a penny or a 100 dollar bill it is still theft

Sandwiches were good, staff seemed to be rushed, since it is suppose to be so quickly served, however, we would have like to have added extra mayonnaise and other toppings, but they were finished with our sandwiches before we could ask for them.
