No point in using online ordering. Employees will not start your order until you arrive at store.

We've now done 4 online orders here and have seemed to be ignored until we arrive to pick up our order at the time they tell us the pizza will be done. They always give us an excuse as to why our pizza isnt done at the time the online order says and end up having to wait another 20-30 minutes on our order. The parking lot is cramped as well. I understand places get busy, but thats why they offer an online order. So you can order, then pick up when the order is ready. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you are in a hurry and think by doing an online order will help speed things up.

Love this pizza service is always friendly and immediate. We have yet to get a burnt pizza from here yet, in St Louis they burn it regularly. Great prices, even better pizza!

Got a confirmation that my pizza was ready, went in to be told someone else had already picked it up. I was polite and showed them my confirmation receipt. They said they would remake it. I come back, with a second confirmation that my order was ready to be told they aren’t making my order because three other people had tried to pick it up. I demanded either my order be made or my money be refunded. They remade my order. I don’t even know how someone could have already picked up my order?! I’m not sure that they know what they were talking about…Waited an extra forty minutes for one pizza and breadsticks. Don’t recommend.

Ordered several days in advance to pick up at a scheduled time for a party, called 2 hours before pick up to make sure the order was received. Arrived 10 minutes before pick time to find they were still making the order, and it would be 30 minutes before it was completed.

Hot and ready tomorrow.
This place NEVER has pizzas ready.
If you order an hour ahead, still not ready.
Top it all off, they literally took the chairs people sit in while they wait, forever, for their pizza out.
Wth? It’s like they intentionally went out of their way to make getting pizza here more of a pain in the ass.

I telephoned my order in and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I got to the store, and the order was never entered into their computer. So, I ended up have to wait 30 minutes at the store for my order.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a little Caesar’s. I walked in and nobody was at the counter. Two employees were talking out the back door. After a few minutes they realized I was there and came up to take my order. They continued to leave the door open the entire time I was there, apparently they aren’t worried about mice or rats. They didn’t have a single pizza ready to take. So I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. They told me it would be 10 minutes. The two guys there continued to goof off and talk the whole time. Both of which continued to put personal belongings on the counters (phone, wallet, keys) where the food is prepared. Neither of them had on gloves or a had or a hair net. Both had beards and hair. One guy had a bandaid on his finger that he kept biting at. Other customers came in for online orders and none of them were ready. They weren’t even in the oven. After about 20 minutes I got my two pizzas and I left. The boxes were covered in sauce and other food and ruined my seats in my car. When I got home I was beyond disappointed. The pizzas could not have been made with less care if they tried. They were 2-3 inches of crust around the outside on both. I will never be back and I will be notifying the health department. Everyone there should be fired. And personally fined.

I called last night to order a pizza. The phone was answered with no greeting, no name was given as the individual who answered the phone. When I gave my order I was told it would be 45 minutes to 50 minutes. I said that was fine then he asked what was a good name so I gave my name. When I went to pick up the pizza there were two customers waiting. Staff was in the back of the store (I was unable to see them but, there were several loud expletives (very unprofessional). The other customers were making comments about the bad language. When a staff member finally came to the counter he told me there was no record of my order. Two other staff members said the same thing. I will NEVER walk into the Little ceasar’s in Warrensburg again!!! HORRIBLE customer service!

This place is awful. I had placed an order for 14 pizzas that I said I would pick up at 7:30. They happily took my money but when I went to pick my pizzas up that night, they said they hadn’t even started them and I had 10 orders ahead of me before they’d even get to them. I asked how that was possible given I had place my order 7 hours ago and the guy at the counter pretty much told me it wasn’t his problem and I’d just have to wait. I had 45 hungry high school students who had been spending long nights at rehearsal all week waiting for the pizzas and Little Caesars not only didn’t make the order, the guy at the counter was rude and dismissive. I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund and was told I’d have to call someone tomorrow because he couldn’t do anything for me. I left and went to Dominos. Dominos rushed 14 pizzas for me in 15 min. Yes, it cost more but 1000 times worth it and the people there were amazing. If I could give this Little Caesars zero stars I would.
