A heavy set female worker said they are only doing online orders, even though the cook said they have a hot and ready pizza in the oven, why call it hot and ready if that’s not what they are going to give the customers

Absolutely horrible. Food quality is horrible. Service is horrible. I’ve tried giving this stupid place the benefit of the doubt. We order our food and it says it will be ready at a certain time, but we still wait 20-30 minutes AFTER the estimated time. This happens when they’re not even busy. We’ve gone here several times, and it’s ever. Single. Time. They just sit in there talking. The people at the front desk don’t even come to see what you need. They see you up there, but they let you sit there for 20 minutes before they even see what you need. The food quality is terrible. I order a pizza with 2 toppings. 2. One on one side of the pizza, and the other on the other side. And they still get that wrong. They add the wrong toppings, they put both over the whole pizza, they forget a topping, they put both on one side and none on the other. You name it. The crazy bread is almost always cold and they’re not even really a breadstick. They’re like a chip (see attached picture). You’d be better off and it be faster to go to a sit down restaurant. You’d get your food faster and it would be better tasting. Not even sure how they’re still in business. Just absolutely horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous. Do better.

Visiting local family from out of town the other day, I ordered ahead to be sure my pizzas were ready by the time I arrived.

I arrived on time only to learn that my order was one of many that were backed up. The guy behind the counter informed me that their oven had gone down and was back again, but they were way behind. An employee walked out amid all the craziness, further exacerbating the problems.

Here’s why the Five-Star Review:
Things happen. People need to roll with the punches. Well, that’s exactly what the staff at this Little Caesars did. I witnessed their politeness to overtly rude customers, responding with smiles and free food to more than one angry customer who had prepaid and expected their meals to be ready on time. They kept the ovens rolling and treated every customer with respect, even the disrespectful ones. That’s more than most restaurant employees would have done.

Machines break; attitude is everything. Treating disrespectful people with respect, smiles, and free food is huge! I commend the guy working the front the other day. His demeanor spoke volumes. This was October 10, if I’m not mistaken.

Free life lesson, if you’re interested:
I was polite to them from the moment I arrived, and not only was my order bumped to the front of the line, I was gifted free buffalo wings, breadsticks, and marinara sauce. Treating service workers with respect should be the standard. They’re serving you, people. They’re making your food! Maybe don’t be a jerk to them. As an added bonus, though, sometimes treating people like actual people pays its dividends. And for me, those dividends were paid in wings and breadsticks with sauce. Don’t mind if I do!

No point in using online ordering. Employees will not start your order until you arrive at store.

We've now done 4 online orders here and have seemed to be ignored until we arrive to pick up our order at the time they tell us the pizza will be done. They always give us an excuse as to why our pizza isnt done at the time the online order says and end up having to wait another 20-30 minutes on our order. The parking lot is cramped as well. I understand places get busy, but thats why they offer an online order. So you can order, then pick up when the order is ready. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you are in a hurry and think by doing an online order will help speed things up.

Got a confirmation that my pizza was ready, went in to be told someone else had already picked it up. I was polite and showed them my confirmation receipt. They said they would remake it. I come back, with a second confirmation that my order was ready to be told they aren’t making my order because three other people had tried to pick it up. I demanded either my order be made or my money be refunded. They remade my order. I don’t even know how someone could have already picked up my order?! I’m not sure that they know what they were talking about…Waited an extra forty minutes for one pizza and breadsticks. Don’t recommend.

Ordered several days in advance to pick up at a scheduled time for a party, called 2 hours before pick up to make sure the order was received. Arrived 10 minutes before pick time to find they were still making the order, and it would be 30 minutes before it was completed.

Hot and ready tomorrow.
This place NEVER has pizzas ready.
If you order an hour ahead, still not ready.
Top it all off, they literally took the chairs people sit in while they wait, forever, for their pizza out.
Wth? It’s like they intentionally went out of their way to make getting pizza here more of a pain in the ass.

I telephoned my order in and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I got to the store, and the order was never entered into their computer. So, I ended up have to wait 30 minutes at the store for my order.
