I went through the drive-thru yesterday and the service was fine. Imagine my surprise when I go to bite some fries on my drive home only to bite into fries with hair wrapped around it. Whoever you got working the fryers or having hair that is medium to long needs to wear a hair net. It is absolutely disgusting. Based on these other reviews, yall better hope to God you never get the health inspector coming in and seeing this.

Around late night, they work at a pace you’ll be in the drive thru waiting 30 minutes for them to take your order, then another 30 for them to make it.
Also, I specified no mayo, and my sandwich was absolutely LOADED with mayo. Wtf.

Every time I go there I get home and they screwed up my order go back and told I am lying to get more food. Horrible place they get it wrong and blame you. Stay away service is crap. This was the last time will pay more at Burger King at least they get the order right

Went in this morning got 3 breakfast burritos no biggie I get to work and they are pretty much just cheese and tortilla ??? Cmon guys it’s not that hard to out a scoop of eggs in the burrito. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before I know how they are made why are we skimping out ? I paid 14$ for some tortillas and cheese

Nice clean McDonald's location. My food was fresh and my table and the drink station was clean. Also, the prices were cheaper than my local locations.
I spent 20 minutes waiting in a parking spot and nobody told me they didn't have what I ordered. Could have told me at the window. Could have come out and told me. I had to come in twice before getting a refund.

Really is one of the worst locations I've ever been to. 3 times I've attempted to get an issues resolved. And its still not resolved. At this point I don't even want to food they continously screw up. I just want my money back and for the management to acknowledge the problem. Since they won't, I went to corporate and am going to communicate with the ownership group. This place is ridiculous.

The young woman that helped me learn the kiosk was named Leah was extremely kind and went above and beyond even though it interrupted her own break deserves to have a raise for that
