In my experience going to Papa John's I discovered that they make some pizzas not quite as circle as most. I also received a side order of jalapeno poppers those came in pretty decent condition however I was given blue cheese dip instead of no dip like I had requested. The pizza was absolutely amazing however it seemed kind of small for the price that I was paying being $43 for two medium pizzas at 12 in. per pizza. In all honesty going here to eat pizza was like trying to get high-dollar pizza at a place where low paid employees work. Papa John's may be a great brand for pizza however the one in Warrensburg is not necessarily the greatest.Parking: Not very many spots, can be cramped to find space.Kid-friendliness: They allow kids of all ages but don't specifically cater to them, depending on who takes care of you at the front counter.

Incompetent and rude on two separate occasions with both me and my boyfriend. The manager seems to enjoy picking a fight over delivery complaints. Today we waited 2 hours, having to call multiple times to check our order status and argue for a refund. I would go into more detail but it's not worth it at the moment. Would be a 2 star review but the food is actually great and my boyfriend's refund was processed properly.
We went there between 10 and 10:30 pm on Sunday. The guy at the counter told us about the various Papadias, because of our interest in ordering a couple. We ordered 2 Italian Papidias. The staff were very polite and courteous. The food tasted very good.

Messed up my order. I called to get a replacement and was told I was credited with a free pizza. I called to redeem that pizza and it was only for a 1 topping. I paid a lot more for the initial pizza that was messed up and was not told it was only going to be a 1 topping. It’s the principle. Will not be going back.

Our car died in the Walmart parking lot so it was going to be awhile until we got our pizza. I called Papa John’s to let them know and they were so kind to keep our food warm and ended up delivering it to us in the parking lot. All of the workers were very kind and helpful!
