My husband and I ate here today and we want to say excellent job today to chase The other kid that was working with him that was also delivery driver they worked very hard since it was just just him and the delivery driver working today everything was excellent I can give them two credit they did a fantastic job today at Pizza Hut

Went for lunch buffet, but nearly everything was gone. Both salad bowls empty, dressing choices at bottom of container,, shredded cheese mostly gone, and about 3 croutons left. At least nobody likes sunflower seeds.
Pizza selection was minimal, and then gone. Plenty of dough sticks though, both garlic and the cinnamon, and some sad looking pasta. Drink refills were quick though!
For $15 a person, I would think things would be stocked at the buffet during lunch.

Ordered Door Dash, simple order, meat lovers, cinnasticks and 2 liter Pepsi. Good news is the Pepsi was cold, pizza was only half cooked, and the cinnasticks had to be day old ones, more like cinnabricks, undercooked dough, minimal toppings, I'll go back to ordering from Casey's

1-22-25. Bad from minute we hit door. We saw a 19.99 special 2 pizzas and other stuff. Could not get it. Was leftover Christmas add still on door a month later. So we spent 52 bucks for large, med pizza and bread sticks. For 2 people. Could have ate steak at Texas Roadhouse for that.
Food was awesome wait staff could not have been worse. No attention to customers even when there was only 4 including us. Ordered extra sauce which she immediately forgot. When I got up to get my own refill I reminded her and got it. Girlfriend never got refill because waitress didn't come back for that. We had over half our meal left when she brought ticket, kiss of death sign I'm not coming back and she Didn't. Also she started mopping around 7 they close at 10, girlfriend asked her for medium box which she quickly forgot and kept mopping. I had to get it when I paid bill.
She needs to be retrained to check on customers and often. She completly lacked focus and wandered around the cash register lost mostly.
Really bad experience cause one waitress couldn't be bothered by customers.

Ordered a meats melt to go, and it was dried out on the inside and crispy burnt on the outside. The toppings themselves seemed like they had been left out to stale prior to preparation. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they weren't busy when I placed the order. Not feeling great the day after either. This is the end for me and this Pizza Hut.
I got $40 worth of food last night 10/11/24 to celebrate an event at home with family. Part of my order consisted of a half cheese (for my ten year old) & half Hawaiian (for me) the ham chunks were so HARD; my cat tried to eat a piece that fell onto my plate & ended up batting it around like a toy! The pineapple was BROWN! If they overcook a Hawaiian, I have to wonder WHO they hired to do so!? KIDS!? VERY disappointed & will use Dominoes from now on! I guess whoever made it was maybe ashamed since the name at the bottom is blank?

Pizza Hut is my FAVORITE pizza place in Warrensburg. I always order pan vegetarian vegetable no mushrooms substitute with pineapple with extra sauce and cheese and it is ALWAYS cooked just perfect. I also usually get the honey barbeque bone in wings with extra barbeque sauce and they have always been perfect. I usually call the store and praise the cook and the service I receive!!!!!!
