I cannot say enough good things about these meals. I first purchased in store and found so many that we enjoyed that were low calorie and low carb. We now have started ordering online and having them shipped. So convenient and easy. Meals are delicious, protein balls are awesome and their ship time is fantastic! Definitely would recommend!

This is the only place with actual healthy food options in Warrensburg! All the meals are very low in calories so if you’re trying to loose weight & don’t have time to cook this is by far the best option. The monster cookie titan balls are SO good, they make you feel like you’re cheating your diet. The serving sizes were smaller than I expected but these meals make you really full surprisingly. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as I thought it would be so I’m very pleased.
