They've got a great selection of drinks, both hot and cold. The workers are for the most part friendly. Only had a couple of instances of someone being rude.
My biggest issue with them would have to be getting blended drinks. I love a good blended matcha, but any time I get one from here there is a 90% chance there is just a giant piece of ice in it (like, almost half of the cup big. It's ridiculous), or they use the ice cream mix when I asked for it to be made with an alternate milk. I don't seem to have half the issues with any other drink, just the blended ones.
Overall, a decent place to go for drinks. The food doesn't have much flavor and has that distinct microwaved texture and taste. Even the sweets. If you're someone who likes sweet drinks, this place is for you. Their cold and hot drinks are pretty tasty, especially when they get seasonal stuff in.
Their app and rewards program is pretty good as well. Points seem fair and at a good exchange rate if you're a continuous customer. They have good deals and challenges as well. Like double point days and frequent bogo offers.
For their typical menu items, the price is decently fair. It's only when you get into the seasonal stuff that the price starts to hike up a lot. But that is going to happen no mater where you go.
They are fast with orders. Lines don't last long, even if there are big orders ahead. So that is a big plus. Can definitely make it to work on time if you stop in the morning. If you are sitting at the speaker for a while and no one has greeted you, pull up to the window as their speaker has gone out quite a few times.

I’m not one to usually write a review but when I get something in it as bad as it was, I feel I have to because I had scooters many times before with no issues but this time was not great. I got a bacon ciabatta sandwich and an iced caramellicious Which are both go to for me when I’m running late. The bacon in my sandwich was barely cooked and my drink tasted awful. I don’t know if it was a change in coffee or there was something with the creamer or milk, but I have never had a bad experience from scooters like this one. I hope that next time I go, it’s better.

The staff are always friendly, but there is a huge issue with accuracy, consistency and having product.
I order the same thing every time, and I use to come in daily during the week but have dropped to 1-2 times a week due to the issues.
When this one specific girl works the drive thru, I end up with a medium iced drink when I ask for a large, almost every single time. I normally catch it but didn’t today and am super disappointed. I will say there was a time when it was rang in correctly but made incorrectly (I could see the screen) and the other times seem to be on her, but this has only happened when she’s working drive thru.
Then 1/3 times, including today, there is so much ice in my drink i can’t even get a straw in or move the ice. That’s just ridiculous especially when I was alresdy given a medium drink instead of a large.
There are times when the redbull drink is just flat. I think using a fresh redbull can would resolve this.
Last, they are out of something I order 3/4 times I visit. I understand the truck comes in on Wednesday, but I think at some point considering larger orders would be best.
Scooters is my favorite drink place, and I hope some things can change because I don’t want this place to go out of business.
I would like to give kudos to whoever the new girl is that was working yesterday. She was sooooo sweet and friendly, and for the first time in a long time everything on my order was perfect.

I come here almost daily out of habit and it’s on my route to work. The staff is always extremely friendly but I wish the drinks were more consistent. I feel like it always depends on who’s working. If there’s a recipe to follow I don’t get the inconsistency with the flavor or ice to drink ratio

I’ve gotten smoothies from here about 6 times and every time they under blend my drinks. I ordered a blended matcha this time and the drink had a lot of little ice pieces and then I found this bundle of ice in the bottom of my drink. Would appreciate it being completely blended. The flavors are on point just the ice bother me.

This one tends to be faster than the others around. Really easy to get in and out of too.
This place has the best coffee and to go breakfast I have ever tasted. If your are in the area, please try this place if you love coffee. You will not be disappointed. This is a drive thru place only.

Never had issues beforehand ordering a drink in kids size. Being a bariatric patient they work best for me. Was ordering and then a gal rudely gets on and talks over the guy “YOU CANT DO THAT! Either order a kids drink that we have or a small.” Again explained even the smalls are too big for me. So I changed my order to accommodate and was still given smalls! I’d never ordered hot drinks so I didn’t know the sizes until I messaged customer service to double check. So not only was she rude, but lied and gave me the small size instead of kids size. I ended up with dumping syndrome because of the size & it made me severely sick. I don’t ask for a smallest size for the hell of it, I do it for a medical reason. Way to go for incompetence on her part. Won’t ever go back to that location again.
Dietary restrictions: Won’t accommodate for bariatric patients needing kids size.
