Pulled into this Sonic 20 minutes before they close. The lights were on. A car hop was serving an order to a customer. As I proceeded to order. All the lights were turned off. They decided they did not want to work anymore so they closed.

Orders are never right even if you order through the app. If you order at location it takes 10min at times to get food. If you order on the app ahead of time it does no better. And if there is a screw up theres no refund either through store or through the app. Wendy's is across the street. Just go there. At least their food is right and you can get your stuff in a timely manner.

It is always a joy to go to Sonic. The one in warrensburg is great.
I normally have a very pleasant experience when at the Warrensburg sonic but tonight I went a got dinner for me and my family and I was very dissatisfied when I got home and discovered that both cheeseburgers were not only old but were both missing cheese. Not to mention that i had to flag down a carhop because they forgot my chicken stripes.Then when I called to let them know the manager refused to give me a refund.

Normally, I've had good experiences here but the last two times I've had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to even order. You just push the button and get ignored. Ignored so ong enough that cars that came after me by 5 plus minutes or more had already gotten there food and left. It was so bad the second time I just left.

Music is a bit much. I was in there on August 31,2024. Order and foot long Chili cheese meal 44 sweet tea, 44 ocean water, large order of cheddar bites and another larger drink, and queso cheese sauce. The person taking my order was kinda rude in the first place. I had to repeat things 2 and 3 times. Mean while I got my order and they didn't add my cheddar bites. So they "canceled the whole order" and " refunded my money" and charged me once again. Here it is, September 8th, and I still have not received my money back on my card. This happened before, and I fought for over 6 months to get my money back. Harry did everything in his power to help me last time. But I think since our money is being kept by Sonic, they should pay us for keeping our money 5 dollars a day. I have tried calling and the phone is always busy.

It baffles me how this sonic has such a high rating, the staff is plenty nice sure but everything else quite frankly sucks, I waited 20 whole minutes for one small order of mozzarella sticks and a coke, that should never happen, and that is not the only negative encounter I have had. Also the drug deals that go down behind the restaurant kinda put me off.
