Waited for over 30 minutes for a water and two Dr. Peppers…the people next to us also got drinks and were here before, got theirs after we’ve been waiting 20 minutes, and got the wrong drinks and had to wait another 10 for the right ones. Than better be the best soda I have ever drank for this wait.

They are so horrible at answering there call button. Been there twice since I moved to warrensburg. I will never be going to this location ever again. Horrible service and there workers had a attitudes when I ask why they wouldn't answer there call button.

Even being told the order is correct on screen doesn't matter. They'll mess it up EVERY TIME. Then when we tell them politely they still want to have an attitude cause I don't like soggy and tore apart onion rings. This is why I'll never tip you again. Hell, last time I go here. Food sucks for the price.

9 times out of 10 the order is right and the staff is also pretty kind but that can vary depending on how late in the day it is. Edit: they've only gotten slower, they can have am empty lot and still take 15 minutes to take an order

We were about to order and they shut the screens off twenty minutes early. If we did that at McDonald's we would get our asses handed to us. Closing twenty minutes early is ridiculous.
