I understand the importance of job opportunities on campus for students. But the students working the morning I went to this location were absolutely unacceptable. It took the cashier 15 minutes to take 3 orders, the drinks were made sloppily and lazily, nobody enjoyed their drinks. Not to mention, the entire TWO HOURS my family and I were there, these workers were singing Broadway songs at the top of their lungs and dancing behind the counter, no joke. It was distracting, and seriously uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I’m baffled. I will not ever return to this location. You want professionalism? Go to the off campus location on McGuire.

This is a nice Starbucks located on the University of Central Missouri campus. I have visited this location multiple times. There is no drive-thru but there is a decent amount of parking. The staff is always very friendly. There is often been a line when I visited but it does move quickly. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. This location is nicely decorated and clean. There is a public restroom.I love their iced white mochas with raspberry, but the raspberry syrup has seemed to disappear. Please bring it back!

Bad experience. My daughter mobile ordered a drink yesterday but when we arrived the doors were locked. Eventually the lady came to the door &said they were closing and couldn’t make the drink, said she ‘canceled’ my order but I was still charged for it! Ridiculous she couldn’t have offered a refund in lieu of keeping our money, &telling us to come back another day. Literally just kept our money &locked the door.And I guess if we hadn’t knocked on the doors we wouldn't have gotten any sort of explanation.Don’t go to this location!
