There's five people working, no customers in the store and yet every single employee except Frank kept their back turned to me. I tried asking a question to the pink haired girl and she just glared at me.. ok... Frank came over and was kind. He's the only one. Crazy I was just trying to place an order. The atmosphere in here is toxic.

Went into starbucks today assuming it'd be like every other day I go where no one greets me and all workers have a bad attitude but was greeting with a new older gentleman. It was the first time anyone's greeted me or kept me informed about my order. Truly it's just basic customer service but I've never even seen that at this location. Hoping he sticks around! If it wasn’t for him this raining would be exponentially lower

DO NOT order doordash from here. They let your drinks sit for 5-15 minutes (maybe longer) before even thinking about bagging. Drive thru is priority yet they will make your drinks and let them sit there saying they don't have enough time to bag them. Horrible system and workers should speak up instead of hating dashers who want to deliver a good product.
Edit: doordash doesn't need contacted. This is about the pack of customer service. Today there was an older gentleman I saw for the first time and it was the first time out of 30 times going there as a customer that I was met with a hello. The people working here will literally be laughing and talking sweetly with coworkers and then turn around with a rude voice and say 'what are you here for' it's insane.

Overrated
I personally went to the store and ordered java chip Frappuccino ,I told some specifications like light ice ,No whip cream,2 shots of expresso,They took specifications nicely but they forgot to add Frappuccino which is the main ingredient in the item ,I visited 4 to 5 times ,Every time I have one or the other issue .This is the reason to stay at country side some times difficult to depend on single store .

They tried to double charge me for the drink I get everyday I order online and when I order at the store they try to tell me that I can't order it like that and told me that they have to upcharge me basically charged me twice for the cream and twice for the extra shot and then continue to argue that I was wrong even though it shows on my phone how I order it and the price

This is not the first time I have had issues here. I had an online pickup order with an iced coffee and a cream frappuccino. The coffee was ready when I got there, but the frappuccino took *20* minutes to come out. It got made wrong twice. By the time that actually was done my coffee had been sitting the whole time and was watery and I couldn't trust it had decaf. Will not be ordering from here again.

I love coming here but have noticed that the espresso has been burnt a lot lately. I understand peak hours and all, but when paying $7+ for a drink, I'd like fornit to be good. I will stop by still for the deals that they promote.
