I’ve only been to this Starbucks a couple times, but every time I do I’m ignored for a good couple min as the employees busy themselves and avoid eye contact with me. Eventually one of them begrudgingly comes to the counter to get my order, enters it quickly then runs off before I even pay. Then I get get mostly ignored again to get my drink, until one of them finally breaks free from whatever very important task they have, to get my coffee, which has been sitting in the back for a mins. I am ugly or something? I’ve never been somewhere where the employees ignore people in the restaurant so much. Then they have the balls to ask for a tip… terrible service.

I sat in line for 10 mins, there screen wasn’t working so I pulled forward like everyone else. Get to the window and was told they don’t take orders at the window and it’s working now so I have to go back through the line or I can come inside. You lost a customer I will never go back.
very disappointed in the Warrensburg Starbucks never fails every time I go there they messed my order up or they don’t know how to make it. I’ve had it several times everywhere else and they make it just fine. It’s awful every time I go there but I keep thinking oh it’s gonna change. come on Warrensburg listen to your customers do better
