The food is Good. And the Atmosphere the service though is Really Bad. Mean People Run it. I'd Rather go to The one in Walmart or Knob Nosters maybe since I heard it's good

This visit was definitely smoother in terms of service, which I appreciated—especially considering my past experiences here haven’t always been the best. The staff was more attentive this time around, and my order was taken without any attitude or confusion, which was a nice change of pace.
I decided to try something new and went with the Cheesy Garlic Steak sandwich. On paper, it sounded like a dream—savory steak, rich garlic flavor, and that cheesy goodness to tie it all together. Unfortunately, the execution just didn’t match the expectation.
First off, the crunchy topping that was supposed to add texture to the sandwich was stale and lifeless. It didn’t have that satisfying crunch, and instead just made the whole thing feel kind of off. But the real issue was the nacho cheese. It was incredibly thick and completely overpowered everything else in the sandwich. I couldn’t taste any garlic, and the flavor of the steak got totally drowned out by the heaviness of the cheese. It ended up tasting more like a bad cheese dip sandwich than anything with garlic or steak as the stars.
I really wanted to like it, but the flavors were unbalanced and the textures just didn’t hit right. It wasn’t inedible, but it definitely wasn’t enjoyable. Not what I was hoping for, and sadly, not something I’d order again.

I ordered chicken Doritos nachos for $5 got like 12 Doritos with absolutely no chicken, only nacho sauce. I eat here at least once a week for lunch at work every other time they usually fail to do the special instructions I leave (slicing my sandwich into quarters) although it’s never bothered me enough to leave a review and/or complain as it usually takes much for me to do so but today I called because of the fact I payed $5 for soggy chips and cheese and all I got was a sorry, no refund, no future discount, nothing. Lazy employees under a great manager. Walmart Subway is 10x better.

• Employee did not understand my order (?) • Employee charged me full price, & I didn’t even get the full sandwich…
I ordered a The Beast & asked to switch the roast beef for pepperoni.. Making the sandwich a double pepperoni & no roast beef — they first told me I cannot do this, but this is my order every time I go to (any) Subway! I’ve also made this order at this specific location before.
I ended up getting charged full price with neither roast beef nor extra pepperoni. I had to explain twice to the employee that I just wanted to substitute more pepperoni for the roast beef.
I don’t really know how I could’ve been more clear about this, & I hate to be “that” customer — but genuinely disappointed!! Not a fan of paying full price for something that didn’t even contain the original meat quantity.

Was scammed out my money, ordered a wrap and got it rolled up the wrong way. Like if I ask for a 12” wrap I want it 12” not rolled up the other way with half as much toppings. Out of the many subways I’ve been at in multiple states I’ve never in my life seen someone wrap it that way. Like isn’t there a training video or something ?!? Was bs too because they charged like 13 bucks for it too and it ain’t have anything extra on it or didn’t have any sides or nothing. Literally just straight scamming me.

This one is the BEST Subway in town! I DON'T recommend going to the WALMART SUBWAY!!!!! Walmart Subway's bread is always so hard and the lettuce is always brown.
They don't take the coupons subway mails out. $25 for 2 skimpy sandwiches!
