we ordered through DoorDash and it wasn’t letting us customize our food so we called them and asked them to take some of the items off because we’re allergic to it and they said no that they can’t do that. That’s ridiculous.

Head up if you head to this location, I will say they are pretty consistent when they are bad. If you order a box meal and then you order another item on the menu, expect that extra item to be missing, without fail multiple times this happens. Today I ordered a box meal and a double stack taco, double stack was not in there. So if you just order the box meals, they are consistent on that. Second, the hard tacos are always old and soggy, it's better to ask for soft tacos.

We're rude half my order was wrong also had 3 items on receipt I didn't order and weren't even there would not give me discount or fix my order
I’ll start with saying the food is always pretty good. But the service, especially in the evenings is pitiful. It seams they only staff 2 people at night. They know it’s gunna get busy once the bar scene lets up yet they don’t seem to prepare for it. The line was all the way into the highway and it took 10-20 minutes for every car to get their food. Ridiculous
Place an online order, cause you know its FASTFOOD and people gotta work too! Get to the drive thru and get told to wait a minute (one car at the 2nd window) after 5 minutes I'm told to park and drive back thru in about 10 minutes! Absolutely unacceptable and I've already paid so stuck no mater what! These people want 15+ an hour but do the work of .35!!!

Really fast service, but it's irrelevant when the tacos are basically empty. Even the chalupas barely had anything thing in them. This has happened multiple times. We only got 4 sauce packets for 5 tacos.

I just moved back to Warrensburg and I have been swiftly reminded why this is the worst T-bell in existence 😩. They either add random ingredients into the burritos/tacos or almost nothing at all. 90% sauce. That's if they remember ALL of the food in the first place.
