I usually enjoy Zaxby’s, but this visit was really disappointing. I specifically asked for my food to be made fresh, and it was obvious it wasn’t. The chicken was lukewarm, the fries were soggy, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out. I’m six months pregnant, so I try to be extra careful about what I eat, and it’s frustrating to have my request ignored when it’s about both freshness and safety.

If a customer takes the time to ask for fresh food, especially for health reasons, it shouldn’t be a problem. This experience really made me lose confidence in this location’s care and attention to customers.

They still have some issues that have been going on since Bryan Watson left, but things are slowly getting better. The staff has always been great but seem to lack supervision or direction on general maintenance and cleaning.

My Asian salad was delicious. I really liked the egg roll that came with it. Definitely will order again when I get a chance. I don’t have this fast-food restaurant where I live.

Ordered a wings and things meal and it lokey looked like they gave me the scraps in the very back. The “tenders” which half weren't even full tenders I more got popcorn chicken, were very underwhelming. For $14 this is pretty disappointing. Cashier was lovely tho

This place is always dead and whenever you do order it's wrong then the manager won't remake the food leaving us with soggy food that's incorrect and forcing us to get a refund instead of just remaking the dang order.

Great food, and the girl at the drive thru was extremely patient with me. She couldn't hear me over a passing helicopter. I really appreciated her professionalism. Food is really good too.

I used to love this place but my last few times i've been here it has had very long wait times with no one in line. I ordered a 3 nibberz meal the last two times i've been here and they gave me no fries the first time and charged me for them, and the second time they gave me four fries with my meal and charged me for them as well. The food is still good but the service has been very bad.
