This place is always dead and whenever you do order it's wrong then the manager won't remake the food leaving us with soggy food that's incorrect and forcing us to get a refund instead of just remaking the dang order.

Great food, and the girl at the drive thru was extremely patient with me. She couldn't hear me over a passing helicopter. I really appreciated her professionalism. Food is really good too.

I used to love this place but my last few times i've been here it has had very long wait times with no one in line. I ordered a 3 nibberz meal the last two times i've been here and they gave me no fries the first time and charged me for them, and the second time they gave me four fries with my meal and charged me for them as well. The food is still good but the service has been very bad.

I ordered online for my 3-year-old and four-year-old and myself. They did not have the chicken fingers in the bag when it was delivered. With me being ill, which is why I went for delivery in the first place, I now have to figure out what to feed these 2 toddlers because they cannot get me the chicken fingers and they don't have a manager in today. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. They are going to give me a refund for them(She thinks). But what is that going to do for feeding my kids today? Never again.

Spend like $60 on orders but not right and portions was some what small. Who wants to drive bout 20 miles to get it right

When they do their job, it's fantastic and I would rate higher but I'm about to stop eating here. We don't get out Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries at all, and I have to drive all the way back to get them with no compensation. And when I asked for ranch dressing, I get blue cheese. That is NOT the same thing.

Check your self before you wreck yourself.

The worst zaxbys food I have ever had. We travel several states and have never had zaxbys food this cold, small proportions, the tea is tasteless and the chicken ISNT EVEN FULLY COOKED. $28 foe this abomination.
