Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

When they do their job, it's fantastic and I would rate higher but I'm about to stop eating here. We don't get out Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries at all, and I have to drive all the way back to get them with no compensation. And when I asked for ranch dressing, I get blue cheese. That is NOT the same thing.

Check your self before you wreck yourself.

The worst zaxbys food I have ever had. We travel several states and have never had zaxbys food this cold, small proportions, the tea is tasteless and the chicken ISNT EVEN FULLY COOKED. $28 foe this abomination.

don’t work here fr they’ll fire you over some bs lies that a 14 year old manager tells them. yea you read that correctly 14 years old?? she can’t even drive herself to work nonetheless manage people?

Came in to order food and eat waited forever to even be asked if I was ready to which I replied yes. Then worker had a very rude attitude towards me and another employee she was telling to do something while taking my order. Finished taking my order 20 minutes later luke warm food when I asked she told me sorry short staffed due to firing people another 10 minutes later got my food again and by that time I wasn’t even hungry threw it away walked out. Horrible person in charge horrible atmosphere and attitude. Won’t be back.

The treatment of employees is awful. GM went up to another employee and started yelling at her and being super disrespectful. I'm not sure what the conversation was about all I know for certain is that the girl being yelled at got fired. Bottom line there is a way to speak to people and this was not it!!

Went through the drive through and got a six piece strip meal with fries and coleslaw. Only received five pieces and no utensil to eat the slaw with.

Our son had a football game in town, and we were so excited to see a Zaxbys in town. We knew exactly where we were going to eat. Unfortunately, it fell very short of making the mark. The restaurant was empty and slow, we didn't get greeted right away, the pop machine was out of a lot of flavors, the dining room was dirty, our food was very cold, later I decided to order cheese curds and those came out cold too. We let them know about our cold food and they made us fresh orders right away, but in my opinion, this should have been fresh the first time we got our food. Def a disappointing visit.

I just had this for the first time recently and I'm a big fan! We got our food quickly and the order was accurate! The chickenhad good flavor but was on the dry side, love the sauce too! I'd have it again.
