they could improve by making sure people get all their food they order bc it's not cheap specially when you have a family to feed .. and workers think they need a raise when they can't even do their job or even care to do their job right like always .

Worst restaurant in town! They charged my credit card and I was refused my food after waiting 20 minutes in curbside. They still have not responded to corporate on refunding my money been over a month
Today on 7/7/24 the service was absolutely horrible. I saw they had one of the two mobile lanes closed so I opted for curbside service. I placed my order for a Large Diet Dr Pepper and a Big Mac (used reward points) through the mobile app at 4:28pm. Over 12 mins later an employee came to my window with someone else’s food so I told them that was not my order. They took it to the next vehicle (who got there after I did) and gave the food to them. McDonald's is known for its cleanliness and friendly staff. The workers go above and beyond to greet customers. The hamburgers are seasoned well, and the service is always friendly and efficient. The food is fresh and looks like it does in the pictures. The ice cream machine is functional, and the sodas, including Sprite, are available. This franchise is especially friendly and happy. The cashiers were incredibly friendly and swift. Everything was fresh, warm, and tasty. It offers a pleasant dining experience with good food and great service.
