I went there today and ordered two spicy jr. chicken sandwiches in the drive through. They were $1.00 ea. When the girl gave me my total she said $2.38. When I pulled around to the window I asked I thought they were $1.00 ea that's what it says on the menu. The girl Katelyn said in a snotty voice " I only charged you 2.38 after tax. Based on the reviews, Burger King has very nice and friendly staff, especially the managers. The manager Gabi provided great customer service and kindness, helping with confusing coupons. The night shift manager Dustin also went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, offering amazing service. The Warrenton Burger King is the best Burger King in the last few years, with a super kind manager. The food, like the breakfast, the 2 for $5 deal, french toast sticks, and the #11 original chicken sandwich with onion and mayo, was delicious, wonderful, and fast. However, the restaurant can be a 50/50 chance. Sometimes the order has wrong toppings, the grease is not changed, and some fry food comes out burnt. It can take 30 minutes to get a simple order, even when it is not busy, and staff sometimes do not acknowledge people waiting in line. The restaurant needs more staff and a manager to help keep employees focused. Despite this, it is not a bad Burger King, and there is positivity in the workplace.
