2 examples. The first time was when I ordered a bacon pizza and they sent me the wrong one. It happens. When I called to tell them about it they told me they couldn’t bring me the right one (regardless of me telling them they could have their fully made pizza back if they brought me what I ordered and paid a significantly higher charge to have it brought to me) because “people lie about it”.
