A pitcher of beer is 22.50! We have NEVER EVER paid that much. Shocking!!! We came back after a bad experience the last time we were here. We didn’t get fries with our sandwiches because the waiter didn’t know they came with fries. I complained to management with no response. We will never be back

I added songs to the jukebox, which I thought was on. However the DJ was also on 🤷🏻 Simply put, they kept their jukebox on, taking my money while muting it while the DJ played. I visit this place about 2-3 times a year and this was very unappealing. Turn your friggin JB off! Very unprofessional. Again, been coming here for years and this is gross.

I was there on an early Saturday afternoon with my daughter and her boyfriend. Atmosphere was good. Good menu and lots of beer choices. Overall the food was good. The waiter although was awful. When he brought our water to the table he dumped half a glass on the table and laughed about it. It took him 10 minutes to bring napkins to dry up the spill. It took him forever to take our order because he asked each of us 2 or 3 times what we wanted to order. Nothing came to the table at the same time. One drink at a time after waiting several minutes. My daughter ordered potato salad and was given tator tots. I ordered waffle sweet potato fries and was given regular fries. Ordered a vodka and soda with lime and it was so strong I couldn’t drink it. I don’t know what was going on there. My daughter ordered a martini and it came in a glass. All the other drinks came in plastic flimsy cups. The martini was not the one she ordered either. If you have no glasses and can only use plastic cups tell your customers. The picture on your website show drinks in glasses. I would come back for the food. The service on the other hand was awful!!! The waiter acted like he was hungover, high or off of his meds.

When we arrived we were told to sit anywhere. After 20 minutes of no one helping us, my husband went to the bar to order drinks. My drink was good. We finally flagged a server down to order food after another 10 minutes of waiting. I got the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was dry and burnt. I could not eat it. The tots were crisp but tasted like they were cooked in old oil. My husband did like the nachos burger.

Drinks were very affordable and good. Bartender and servers were very nice, even though it was extremely busy and they warned ahead of time that service would be slow. My burger and nachos were wonderful, but my wife's burger was not very good, it was charred and tasted like an eraser.

Food is always great. The service is AlWAYS the issue. Getting the staff to move with any urgency is near impossible. Waking past several times before a greeting. Walking past an empty drink several times. Does not matter if the crowd is low or high the staff is still extremely un attentive.
