Amazing food, they have really put there heart into this menu. Simply delicious food, we had crab cakes, lobster, and filet m. Everything from the food to the drinks was amazing! Best in town, no doubt.

We had an absolutely amazing lunch here yesterday. Was in the Washington area and decided to check out this place along the Missouri River. What an awesome surprise. Quality food in a friendly atmosphere with all the attention to detail that you would expect of a 4 star restaurant. I had the BBQ ranch chicken club sandwich and it was out of this world. Perfectly cooked pounded thing chicken breasts with a delicious BBQ ranch sauce. This is a large old power house converted to a bar/grill with entertainment and a roof top patio. Definitely a must stop if your in Washington, MO

514 Chop House is a great place to enjoy an evening of great food, but why just have a meal wen you can stick around and have a few drinks. With everything from a perfectly cooked steak to a mouthwatering burger you are sure to find a meal that will make your belly smile. Oh, and no matter what be sure to get the fries!!!

Food was good. Our waitress/hostess suggested a great glass of wine to go with my meal. The portions are large and you will not leave hungry! Prices were reasonable. I was not disappointed.

Absolutely terrible, save your money. Fried calamari had lots of large lumps of batter with nothing inside. Also took 45 minutes to be brought out. Stuffed salmon was over cooked. Kids steak was so rubbery, could not be cut or chewed. Building and location is the only thing the place has going for it. Never filled the empty water glasses.

A disaster. Ordered house burger cooked medium. Burger arrives and I cut it in half to find it raw in the middle. Notified server. The burger comes back...same burger...over cooked! Why didn't they start over with a new patty and cook it to order? Did I mention the accompaniments weren't as billed in the menu! Oh...watch the beer prices...$14 for an 8 oz draft stout. Ridiculously high!

514 Chop House is another riverfront restaurant in Washington, Mo. This town is growing rapidly and the water's edge is very attractive. The restaurant scene is much more diverse than it was 5 years ago. A waitress got to our table within 5 minutes of being seated. We already had menus and a wine list. We gave our drink orders and studied the menu. I settled on the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin while my companion ordered the stuffed salmon. For my side dish I picked the creamed spinach. The entree includes a side salad which was spring greens with cucumber, tomato and cheese. We both got the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The salads were quite nice and were served quickly. My companion loved the salmon stuffed with shrimp and scallops. I liked the pork loin very much but would have preferred less cooking time since it was a bit dry. That is my opinion because I like a moist medallion and I believe we tend to overcook pork here. This is a nice place for a meal. I think they will do well with their menu and service.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Terrible service, which I’m not surprised. The Tilted Skillet isn’t any better. We were one of 3 tables there, group of 4. Took about 30 minutes to get any service, and when we did the waiter was extremely rude. About an hour of seeing the waiter one time we decided to leave. We asked for the manager several times but were ignored. Again, there was only 3 parties in this restaurant so they weren’t busy. This is not the first time I’ve heard horror stories from this owner. I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR TILTED SKILLET AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!

The good was delicious and service was great. My bone in rib-eye , creamed spinach, and twice baked potatoes was the best by far. I highly recommend this restaurant .

In one day, I have spent 6 hours here by choice. Met a friend for a wonderful steak salad lunch that lasted almost 2 hours. I continued to have cocktails and then a luscious lobster tail dinner with an amazing polenta. Topped it off with blueberry cheesecake because it was my birthday. Staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Pete-chef/owner was amazing! In a time when most dining experiences are mediocre at best, this was a 5

My husband and I are here while celebrating our anniversary. It was the perfect ambiance and some of the best food we have had, hands down! The staff was extremely attentive as well. We will definitely be back again very soon!
