Applebee's Grill + Bar

Tried a few months back and waited nearly 30 min after being seated for a waiter. Almost walked out.
Tried carside to go tonight. Ordered online around 6:25. Said pickup at 6:50 pm. Arrived on time, food wasnt ready until nearly 7:40. Called to complain, manager blamed corporate for estimated time food would be ready because of online ordering not aligning with stores capacity and offered gift cards. Older guy brought out food and proceeded to tell my wife that the meal wasnt scheduled to be ready until 7:30 pm even though online said otherwise. Didnt apologize for the wait, just walked off. Dont appreciate the snide attitude. Meal was missing side after getting home. The gift card is dine in only, but will probably end up in the trash. We won't be back to Washington Applebees.

Went this evening for my son’s 2nd birthday…. Awful decision. I walked in while my son and lady were in the car to get on the wait list. I was told there was no wait, I went to the car to get my little man and my lady and as soon as we walked in we were told there was a 20 minute wait. Okay whatever, put us on the list. After the wait we got seated, took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. I ordered a chicken salad, my lady ordered chicken pasta, little man wanted Mac n cheese with fruit and yogurt, grandpa ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings. After waiting just over an hour for our food, little man was hungry and very upset so we went outside to calm down. Came back in approx. 10 minutes later still no food, little man was getting upset again. Long story short we waited over an hour and a half for that basic order. Will think long and hard before I ever come back.

We came to celebrate Veterans Day and it was organized extremely well with the local JROTC unit manning the doors, flowers and table decorations donated by Hillerman's, The staff were all wearing specially designed shirts and other decor announcing the special purpose of the evening. The menu featured a variety of options from which veterans could select... It was extremely welcoming even though quite crowded they were efficient and friendly

Went for a late lunch around 2:30 and had a great experience. The food was delicious and served promptly. The waitress was great and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely visit again.

First time at this location. Alyssa was an excellent server and helped us decide on our dinner choices. 👍to Alyssa on her excellent info. Food was delicious and served hot and portion size was more than enough.

Love this applebees. The workers go above and beyond to help customers and my food is always made correctly and delicious. Love the trio appetizer!

Food was good. Food Took awhile, even though we were there later in the evening. Service could definitely be better as in just, work on attention. Friendly service. Awesome food 😋

I cannot give any stars as I didn't even get any service. We arrived around 9pm and it was busy. The hostess was friendly. She had to clean a booth for us to be seated. We waited a few minutes and she came to seat us. We were seated several minutes and never saw a waiter. Two more tables were seated. We sat for about 15 minutes before a waiter came and took the table more recently seated drink order. We tried to wave him down but he REFUSED to acknowledge us. We had been traveling and working for several hours and just wanted a warm meal. The service in this establishment is beyond terrible. My family was warmly welcomed at the Chinese buffet in the shopping center behind this place. They extended their hours and waited on us very promptly. We would probably still be waiting for service in the time it took us to eat at the buffet. VERY DISAPPOINTED and most likely not choosing Applebee's again.
