Ordered au jus with my sandwich. Drove about 2 miles and realized that my bag was leaking profusely. Stopped and my bag had fallen apart, fries were soaked, and my sandwich was soaked also. There was barely anything left in my cup of au jus.

Just left the store before we were done eating. My husbands order was wrong and he stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while all the staff, except the dishwasher, stood outside for a staff meeting. When they finally came inside the cashier got an attitude with me when I asked for help because it was a staff meeting OUTSIDE. Someone was smoking because they blew out smoke before coming in the back door. Apparently when there is a staff meeting, excluding the dishwasher, they are held OUTSIDE.

Just left the store before we were done eating. First of all I rarely give 5 stars across the board. But this Arby's restaurant deserved it. I came here after taking a 30 minute break from door dashing. It was Sunday night at around 9:30 pm and the store was as clean as I've ever seen a restaurant. The service was on point as was the food. 5 stars all-day and yes I would highly recommend eating here. I'll be returning when I'm in the area.

Went through drive-thru boy with long blonde hair pretty sure his name was Gavin, decided to crumble up my change and hand it to me where everything would fall on the ground and proceeded to laugh about it

Showed up at 1010 am. They said my meal is gonna take forever because I'm the first order of the day.. like why ?? I'm not here right when they opened?? The fast food business is a joke .. over paid incompetent people.. sad what it has come too..
