This was possibly the best pizza I've ever had. The crust was amazing and so were the toppings. As good as the pizza was, the customer service was better. They had a slight issue with our pizza (a large Benito's Special). The crust stuck to the oven a bit leaving about 1/8 of the pizza without crust. They came out, apologized, and then told me that they started another medium sized pizza that they will box up so we can take it home for free. We didn't ask them to do it and, in my opinion, they could have just taken a few bucks off. But they went above and beyond. They were fast, friendly, and above-and-beyond with their service. I would (and will) return because of the pizza alone, but the service seals the deal. This is a true Washington hospitality joint.

Located off Elm Street in downtown Washington, this is our new favorite pizza place. The pizza is a delicious hand tossed crust with tons of fresh toppings. The service was beyond excellent. Part of our pizza got messed up in the pizza oven - no big deal - but they insisted on giving us a free pizza to go! We really appreciated that and it’s the type of customer service that really left an impression on us.

Daughter and I stumbled upon this cute Lil pizzeria while out is Washington, MO for a day and it hit the spot. Atmosphere is small but decorated adorably in my opinion. Staff was delightful and happy to answer all our questions, very patient, and held conversation even though they were busy with tasks. The pizzeria is attached to another restaurant named Cowans which had some pies which we purchased and took home, the merengue was amazing ?. Overall the pizza was good but I wish it was a bit more done so bottom wasn't as soggy, toppings were fresh though and outter crust very tasty. Definitely a place I will revisit if I am in the area.
