It’s always so difficult to find a baker for holiday pies that can SAFELY accommodate the allergies in our family (dairy, egg, and gluten) but Birdie’s knocked it out of the park! The pumpkin pie was exquisite and definitely didn’t suffer from lack of flavor like a lot of vegan and gluten free items can. We will definitely keep coming back!

My daughter has a severe egg allergy. I was brought to tears when I learned that everything in Birdie’s Bakeshop is egg-free and a safe food for her. Never in her life has she been able to walk in somewhere and eat anything that she wanted. Today, we were able to buy a cookie for her to enjoy and a piece of cake to bring to a friend’s birthday party tomorrow afternoon. For the first time in a while, she’ll be able to enjoy and celebrate like all of the other kids. As a mom, I could never express how much this means to me. Thank you so much for creating treats that everyone can enjoy. We can’t wait to come back!

This made my heart so happy to find this gem!! I have so many food sensitivities that I rarely find anything I can eat when I’m out. We stumble across this beautiful shop and I teared up when they told me I could eat almost anything here! They played amazing music too! And, best of all….it tasted AMAZING!!

On a recent trip to Washington, my wife and I fell in love with Birdie’s. Our kids loved playing with the toddler-sized kitchenette while we enjoyed our treats. The cherry almond scone, cinnamon roll and cookie sandwiches were all worth writing home about. We enjoyed getting to know Heidi and her husband. They are incredibly welcoming and great hosts. A must visit bakery.
