Come up from the ozarks to see my mother and this Bob evans used to be a favorite. It has declined in service and food quality every time we visit. We would buy mom gift cards and for the first time we didn’t this time for her birthday. My Turkey sandwich was not made right the steak tips my mother had where terrible quality. It’s a shame.

We waited over an hour for our meal. I had to go up and ask for our banana beat and silverware. We continued to wait... two tables who had gotten there well after us had their food and one had already left. We finally decided to leave!! All they said was sorry!! Will not be going back!!!

I come every Sunday morning and The air conditioning is broken AGAIN and I was sweating during my meal, I kept a menu to fan myself. No customer should have to sit in this environment. The waitresses are struggling because it’s so hot in there. I feel bad for them, it’s miserable. There are dirty tables everywhere. It’s totally ridiculous and this is the last time I’m coming in.

We arrived and were seated at 3:10pm and left at 3:25pm. No one came to our table to take a drink order or food order. There were people at 2 other tables but no one else. We got up, turned in or menus and left. That kind of service is will cost your business customers.
