Swear it's like my burger was microwaved. Onion rings cold? Dude at window has attitude and gave me my soda with cup that was covered in soda. Losers. Get a new job if you don't like it instead of being incompetent.

The bathroom looks like a cleaning device has never been used here. My 3 year old refused to sit on the toilet because a piece of dried waste had adhered to the side of the toilet.

One of the workers was telling us that we asked for small meals after multiple times of asking for large and if they did ask if we wanted small I couldn’t hear because the microphone sounds like it was 3 feet from the girls mouth which was fine. It all was handed after asking a few times. But then the guy working came on and was instantly rude and tried arguing with us and when we pulled up to the window the dude is mouthing to the other workers that he is gonna “go out in the parking lot with us” and at that point we had it and yelled at him to shut up because this is ridiculous and we can clearly hear him. Like If you can’t handle a simple mishap that didn’t even include yourself in the first place you shouldn’t be working in fast food. This dude should be fired and when we got home our burgers were smashed down pretty good but seemed to be fine after inspecting them and all was ok at the end of the day. I’m just baffled that some dude is threatening to fight me in the parking lot over the size of a meal like come on.

So I placed my order, they asked for my name and I told them Mike. Got to window and paid with $100 bill. After handing me my drink they informed me they did not have enough change and someone had to walk to the bank. Said it would take two minutes. Ten minutes later someone brings out a bag and asked if I was Dave. I said no and they asked if I ordered a double whopper. I said yes so she gave it to me. Then I realized they did not give me change so I had to go inside. Fortunately I caught her as she was walking out to give Dave his order? Under the name Mike, and change for my $100. So they don’t keep enough change on hand, take five times longer than they say to get change, and then get the names mixed up on the order and almost give $88.00 in change to the wrong person. Unbelievable

I never give bad reviews cuz I don't want to put bad energy out there but with this experience, other paying customers need to know. Plus, I see there are other people with issues too. My teenager loves getting burgers here, the few times we get fast food. Today he discovered something blue and stringy in his burger. He showed it to me and we both thought it looked like gum. He stopped eating and he called the Washington store. He got the manager and he said to bring it back for a replacement. We went back, with the half eaten burger, our receipt and pictures of the foreign object. There were four people behind the counter and they were all ears. The "manager" looked in the bag and said to us.... "Well you ate most of it!" Uh, yeah genius, he was hungry and that's usually why you eat food. He was eating it and enjoying it until something blue and stringy showed up in his burger! Would you eat this, Brandon? Of course you wouldn't! This "manager" couldn't even help us with his own decision, which is what managers do, he had to make a phone call to ask someone what to do! Really? While still on the phone, he came to the register, gave my son his $5 back, pushed the bag toward him and said "you can throw that away", and then turned his back on us. That's it. Wow, nice bro. The other employees? Not one, NO ONE, said they were sorry, I don't know how this happened, nothing. I got the woman employees attention and said " I don't know why he's mad, we didn't plant that in the burger." She just nodded and said yeah. But you know, she's not the manager, it's not her job to make sure the restaurant does the right thing. Short story long, we won't be back, there are many other places to grab a burger after school. Keep this up, Brandon, and you won't have any customers to complain to you. If this is how you do your managerial duties, maybe you need a different job bro.
Footnote to (owner) you can save your cookie cutter response cuz it won't change anything. I've told you all you need to know, food mishandling, poor attitudes and incompetent management. How about you direct your attention THERE?

The perspective working the registration seemed irritated to even take our order. When I asked for my and my child's burgers to be plain he got even more irritated tapping so hard on the screen it started shaking. My husband asked for some ranch so the same guy grabbed the ranch and literally threw it on the tray and shoved the tray at me. He also didn't give my daughter her drburgand got upset when we asked for it. Very unhappy with my experience and will go out of my way to a different location next time.

Went to the drive-through at 1140pm tonight this is now the second day in a row I have "tried" on my way home and both nights lights have been on when I pull up but as soon as I get to menu and wait for someone to help me they shut off the lights . Tonight though a woman who said she was manager was standing outside with two men when they shut the lights off I asked why and they said they were out of meat I asked if they were sure because I will be calling in the morning one of the two guys which was the woman's husband told me if I wanna be a duck to his wife I need to get out of the car to fight him the woman and other man pushed him himside .I just wanted some food . I will be contacting the day manager and I will find out who owns this place . DONT GO HERE !!!!
