Stopped in today and I dont normally eat at Bk , no ice in the soda machine , no bacon on my whoppe which i oaid for , pineapple slushie machine was in defrost at 330pm?, saw your manager pencil whipping the safety check book(line check) , no pennies to give customers change back which means they are giving free money to bk...

I went through the drive thru this morning. I noticed only one truck in the parking lot as it was not busy at all. The drive thru person asked me to wait to order so I sat there for around three-five minutes till I asked have you forgotten about me. I also had one person waiting in line behind me. I start to order finally and the drive thru guy tells me Im going too fast. So I pull up to pay and no one is at the window so I pull up to the next window where the same guy who obviously had some sort of handi cap tells me I must drive backwards to the first window to pay. As I am doing that I seen the people waiting behind me leave without ordering. I finally pay and pull to the first window where I wait another 2-3 minutes for my food. The guy just shoved the bag at me and says nothing. I checked my food. The breakfast sandwiches were both cold and they gave me no syrup for my French toast sticks for my little one. I took it home reheated it and had to put syrup in a container for my child to eat her French toast sticks. Horrible experience at this location in Washington Mo.

We ordered on the app, drove through to pick up our lunch. Realized after pulling away that the fries were cold. I went inside explained to the manager ( Christy, who has adorable green hair) that the fries were cold. She was very apologetic, she got us some fresh hot fries. We left while eating the fries, then realized the sandwiches weren't right. I couldn't go back so I called . She again was very apologetic, and said whenever we were back in town she would replace the entire order. So we went by today, the order was right. Christy made sure of it. All I can say is treat people the way you want to be treated. We will definitely go back.

Messed up my order. I had coupon for free whopper and I was charged. I went back in with receipt and was repayed less than what I was charged. It was on receipt. But manager said she did math and I got less than receipt said I paid

Understaffed. Care more about drive thru than counter. Have walked out multiple times after being ignored for several minutes while taking and completing drive thru orders. Seems to have gone down hill.

Showed up at 11:40pm on a Monday night, waited 5 minutes to order, pulled around to window, no one. As I left I saw everyone hanging out on the line trying to get out of there for the night. I went to Jack in the Box, ordered and out in less than 10 minute and didn’t realize their burgers were so good. Thanks BK.

While service wasn’t great, that’s not my complaint. It’s the food!!! My fries were coated and I mean covered with salt, so much salt that I couldn’t eat them!!! Along with my bacon cheeseburger!!! The only 2 items I ordered and neither was edible!! The burger was just as salty as the fries!!!
Mr. Manager, please remind your employees that not everyone likes EXTRA helpings of salt on their food!!!

I understand this is a fast food place in rural Missouri so the bar is pretty low, but was very condescending to be laughed at for asking them to remake my drink after receiving the wrong drink in the drive through, only to yet again get the wrong drink. I went into the restaurant to get a self serve tea rather than ask the drive through a third time and there garbage all over the floor and a pile of ice sitting in the machine like they hadn’t cleaned a single thing all day. Take some pride it doesn’t cost a dime.

I went to Burger King for breakfast and the food was not even edible. I got a biscuit and it was so greasy and tasted like it was sitting there since yesterday. I also got hash browns and it tasted like they were fried in old oil because they tasted burnt be not. I will not be going back.

The onion whopper burger was amazing!!! Absolutely loaded with flavor and every bite was delicious!!!!

This mainly goes to the staff today around 11:30 am and lady name Jasmine was taking orders was so sweet and kind and you pull to the window and the gentlemen with a beard forgot his name that was working the window was awesome and very professional and hands down the best experience I have had going there today!!!
