Absolutely phenomenal experience with Mosaic Catering! Seriously look no further for a caterer—you simply will not beat the food and service from Mosaic. From the very first conversation with Pat, everything was seamless and stress-free — exactly what you hope for during the chaos of wedding planning.
Pat was extremely responsive and the execution on the day was flawless. Guests will be raving over the food for a while— everything from the passed apps to the main courses was fresh and flavorful. Not only was the food delicious, but you could tell how much care went into making the meal.
What stood out most was how easy it all was. No last-minute surprises, no stress — just really great service and even better food. Mosaic was one of our favorite vendors to work with, hands down. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the opportunity to sample Mosiac’s catering at a wedding venue open house…AMAZING! The owner Pat was so kind and the food was top notch! My husband cannot stop talking about the brisket! Highly recommend them for any catering needs. Planning to stop by their cafe next time we are in Washington and are planning to use them for our next family wedding!

Mosaic and Pat (the owner and chef) were AMAZING to work with for our Fall wedding at Triple 3! Their menu options provided a great variety of choices for us. We needed an entirely vegetarian menu, which Pat had no issue accommodating. He was incredibly flexible, quick to respond to questions, and brought so many great ideas to the table. Their pricing was very fair, the onsite staff were lovely, and they accommodated all of our guests with allergies in a way that made them feel included in a seamless manner. We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with Mosaic and would highly recommend them for any catering needs you have in the Washington area!

Pat and his team did a fantastic job catering appetizers for a small networking event for us! I discussed with him what I was looking for about a week ahead, it wasn’t perfectly aligned with his menu but he got back to me in a timely manner with a recommendation based on those needs and it worked out well. The food was delivered on time, neat and presentable, and the guests had nothing but great things to share! Wings, Toasted Rav, Fruit Tray and Veggie Tray. Will be using Pat and Mosaic again in the future! Thanks for a great experience!

Mosaic catered our wedding and it was fantastic! Pat was easy to work with from the start and very helpful with all of our questions. The guests LOVED the food. Unfortunately, the ate most of it so we didn't have as many leftovers as we hoped. The whole process was smooth and everyone was kind and professional. We chose Mosaic Catering for our son's rehearsal dinner based on reviews and couldn't have been more satisfied. They did a variety of wraps, pasta salad, and broccoli salad that was all wonderful in quality and presentation. Many of the guests complimented the food and most of all the bride and groom were very happy! Pat was so easy to work with and made the event stress free for us. They even delivered to the park venue which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend Mosaic and hope we get the opportunity to dine in the cafe again!

I only have amazing things to say about our experience with Mosiac! Pat was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The food was exceptional and I had so many compliments from our guests. The staff was so very friendly and professional and not once during the event did I even have to think about the food or timing, they just took care of everything!
